The tour allows you to arrive at significant vantage points overlooking the mountains and forest with a guide to tell you the history and background of what you are looking at. The experience is much more meaningful than driving the route yourself.

Our family of 4 joined another family of 4 on this fun several hours adventure checking out a few spots we walked/climbed to for awesome views of the mountains and several more we stopped at overlooks for more views. Bryan was a fantastic guild, having grown up in this area and was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. He offered snacks and water bottles and blankets, too. Bring warmer coats and hats, as it gets very windy and cold at the top of some peaks. We went in late March. Highly recommend this tour and Bryan as guide!!
