  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Devender was actually a fill in for a vacationing owner but he actually checked our flight arrival time and showed up earlier than the scheduled time because he knew we would be there. We enjoyed delightful conversation, complimentary water, highlights of the city during our drive to the dock where we were driven in close proximity to our departing gate. Could not have been better.

Excellent Transportation Option for Airport or Cruise Terminal

Driver was at the cruise terminal as expected despite the uncertainties as to our arrival because of COVID-19. He had also tried to reach us by phone to ensure he was where he was needed. Vehicle was new and spotless and the the driver was friendly and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Due to the traffic congestion around the Cruise Terminal in Auckland, was difficult to locate the vehicle, however to the credit of the driver he waited and found us. He was very pleasant and informative and obliging. Would definitely use the firm again.
No hassle at the airport!

Driver was there right on time. Clean, quiet and spacious car. Helped with our luggage and whisked us to the cruise ship dock and made sure it was the right place although quite late due to flight reschedule. Using Viator again in Sydney and getting in touch with you regarding a possible delay due to medical screening was so easy and reassuring. Our driver was waiting for us as we cleared customs. The driver was friendly and helpful. A private driver makes it much easier reaching our initial destination.

Sent an email to business 2 days prior confirming our pick up time, was told 7:30 am. Found a driver from same company who told us we had a pick up time of 9:00 am. When I showed him my email he then got in touch with someone. A driver finally showed up at 8:05 at which time we were already getting into a cab, which by the way was $15.00 cheaper than car. I would not recommend this company as they are unreliable. We were told someone called and changed our pick up time to 9:00 although the pick up was for myself and my husband and we didn’t have their #, we communicated by email, so that store didn’t hold up.

Guy was at least 20 minutes late, had to get to the airport so got a taxi. Second time this has happened with this company and it will be the last with them.

Sorry that the driver was late, We accommodated your request for change of time from 7.30am pick up to 8.30am pick up There were whole lot of road blocks on the streets and the traffic had built up so much that 1 km run was being done in 25- 30 mins , You had called us using your friends number and we called up the same number couple of times first there was no answer and then We were told it was not your number , You never phoned us before jumping into a cab, FYI you had only ever made one booking with our company, not 2 as stated in your review. Thanks
Good Drive from Airport to Hotel

We appreciate the good drive from the Auckland Airport to our hotel. The driver met us at 6:30 AM after a long flight from the USA and took us right to the hotel. Along the way he mentioned interesting facts about the city. It started our visit to the city very well.
