    I can't stop singing the praise of this experience! Jo and Werner we just simply amazing. This was our first dive and I am not confident in the water at all, I struggle with just putting my head under! But this team were just incredible at putting my mind at ease and giving me and my Sister the best experience of our life! Warner, we look forward to diving with you again but next time we will have our 18m license... fingers crossed haha! Thank you once again!

    They were great at explaining everything, making sure we were comfortable and we had a wonderful experience with Dawn and Norman. They even took pictures and videos of our experience. This was one of the highlights to our holiday to Cyprus!!

    I've had the most amazing time with Conrad! I was extremely lucky to be the only one person in this booking, so I've had a private lesson with him. He was very patient, made me feel really safe and explained everything in details without overwhelming me. I've had the best time during diving – we've s seen underwater statues, lots of fishes and some jellyfishes. Even though I did something wrong and one of my fins fell off, Conrad was able to keep me absolutely calm and fixed the situation in a moment. Even under water the contact was great. I highly recommend booking this amazing experience!

    A bucket list thing I wanted to do! And this excursion is great without doing the course. So sad I couldn’t spend more time under the sea as all the creatures there are so fascinating! Seeing the underwater sculptures was also great! Would definitely recommend to everyone! Also because you’re diving from shore it doesn’t matter if it’s raining or no. It was bit chilly and windy this morning but excursion went still ahead which I was so grateful for. They also picked me up and dropped me at my hotel which was very convenient. Only negative thing I can say about this that after whole day I still have pressure in my ears. But it was worth it!

    Turned up a day early and was very kindly still taken out for the dive when we could have been told to come back on the correct day. The dive itself was very memorable and nothing was too much trouble for the instructor who looked after us very well. Would highly recommend.

    The worst. Do not book if you are actually a beginner and have never scuba dived before. All the people on my group said they did not enjoy their experience. Yes they brief you at the beginning to remember to press this button to float, this button to defloat, this button to let water out the mouthpiece, many signs. When you go in the water and you’re in panic mode because something has gone wrong, it’s a simple case of forgetting. When my partner who has never done this before got water in his mouth, he forgot to press the button so he signalled for help. He felt like he couldn’t catch his breath from swallowing all the sea water and accidentally held one of the divers from the company, the diver screamed at him “do not touch me”. As my partner felt uncomfortable with this specific guy, he said can I get out for a moment, my partner wanted to carry on and the guy didn’t allow him to. I then contacted the owner as he just dropped us all back to the hotel without saying anything to us, the other people we was with said they felt unsupported and also some dived before and said this time they had to go back to shore half way through as it was so bad. They just rush your experience because you paid for a :40, minute experience, they don’t care about anyone feel in an emergency situation. I contacted the owner who on the day was really nice but then when you contact him about your concerns he was sarcastic and rude on the phone, he was very undermining and now he knows he has a confirmed payment coming through, he’s unbothered to be of assistance. I’ve done it before so I was able to carry on but every beginner is not the same level of beginner! If you want to do this and you may experience anxiety do a one to one session so you have a high level of support!

    Sorry to hear that you partner did not enjoy his experience. As you correctly state during the briefing we show you how to act under the water and use the equipment including if you get water in your mouth. Again as you state if your partner panicked and forgot all of these instructions the instructor will help you to the surface. Once at the surface the bouyancy control device keeps you afloat, so there would be no reason for your partner to be grabbing hold of the staff. As you state your partner asked to get out of the water so was assisting in doing so, once out of the water the instructor returned underwater to assist other customers. Also as you stated the dive time you completed was 40 minutes , you where clearly briefed before the dive picked up and dropped off at your hotel. We asked your partner if he was ok once the dive was over and he expressed his disappoint over not being able to complete the dive and there for having no photographs, we no not dwell on divers who ask to get out of the water, especially when everbody else in the group completed the dive. As for your aggressive phone call to me ,when demanding a full refund, I clearly stated that you had booked with Viator and would have to contact them direct. You have not once mentioned the fact that you completed the full experience yet you still expected a full refund. You also booked on a group tour, if you wanted a 1 to 1 experience that is what you maybe should have booked. Thank you

    Amazing experience!! Would do it 100 times over. Couldn’t rate ocean view diving any more, especially Conrad the instructor he was amazing and spoke through everything in detail so we didn’t feel lost or unaware of anything! Love it so much!

    We are yet to finish our holiday and I just have to write this review already, AMAZING!!! An incredible experience with highly trained and professional divers; Conrad, Marine and Johan. All spoke really good English (one is English) and were easily understood, made you feel safe and well looked after throughout. A huge shout out in particular to Johan, I was really unsure to start with, I very almost didn’t dive (it was something my partner wanted to do more so than me lol). Johan kept me calm and literally held my hand and guided me throughout the entire dive, he was an absolute saint. I couldn’t have done it without him! We started with a briefing, headed out to Green Bay, practised and were led by one diver whilst followed by another two. We saw sea turtles and under water statues. My partner literally had the time of his life, we highly recommend. Even if like me, you were mostly scared - don’t let the fear take over! I’m so pleased I done it, but again, shout out to Johan!! Thank you all so much.

    This scuba diving experience was easily the best experience of our trip, it was our first time going scuba diving so we went with 4 other people (we were two) and first, went through the ground rules, put our swimming equipment on and then headed out to a beautiful place great for first time experiences. we went to some kind of underwater statue thing, it was really fun and we got to see a seaturtle and we were constantly surrounded by all kinds of different beautiful colourful fish☺️ the instructors were very nice and helped out with everything and anything, and kept a really good eye on you so even if you could tell them what was wrong underwater they would understand. i really recommend it!!!

    I wish I could give 10 stars. Everything was so professional from beginning to end. The instructors were so calm, friendly and reassuring. When things turned a bit scary they helped the kid and missus through so they mastered the environment on their own. Go for it, you’ll never regret it.
