If you are staying outside of downtown Bar Harbor we will meet you at the Hulls Cove Visitor Center, the main entrance to the park. There is a large parking lot. We will meet you under the pavilion.

We will pick up from any Downtown Bar Harbor lodging, no need to find parking! If you are staying outside of downtown Bar Harbor we will meet you at the Hulls Cove Visitor Center of Acadia National Park. There is a large parking lot. The Guides will meet you under the covered pavilion. If you are coming by CRUISE SHIP please book a tour start time at least 2 HOURS after arrival. Feel free to explore town before your tour, the guide can pick up from anywhere in downtown Bar Harbor.

What a wonderful experience with Bill, our tour guide. He was so informative & such a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this shore excursion to anyone. The fall leaves were so incredible and what a quaint little town we got to visit at the end of the tour. Simply lovely.

My wife and I enjoyed a 4-hour private tour through Acadia National Park and surrounding neighborhoods in a very comfortable vehicle. Our tour guide Sara was very knowledgeable about local history and park geology. She was quite accommodating and very pleasant, kind and flexible. She went above and beyond to inform us about the island beyond the park and the people who live here. It was an excellent orientation, worth every penny! Many thanks to Sara.

We were coming from the Caribbean Princess. There was fog and the captain couldn't decide whether or not to let us go ashore. After many delays we finally made it ashore. Our guide, Nathan, was great! He was knowledgeable and made sure we saw all the highlights. I would definitely use this company again.

We enjoyed our private tour. Our guide was friendly and accommodating. Knowing that we wanted to see as much fall color as possible, he drove us to different spots and pointed out the changing colors for photo ops. We had a wonderful time!

Pete was fantastic. Picked us up on a rainy day and vowed we would still have a great tour. He delivered beyond our expectations. The waterfalls created by the rain’s runoff were beautiful and it’s always a bonus thrill when the tour guide gets to see some things thrive never seen before. Highly recommend the tour even if you plan to go to Acadia on your own later.

What a GREAT time my wife and I had on our 29th anniversary. Pete our tour guide was the BEST. I would highly recommend this tour as Pete was very knowledgeable of the Acadia Park and Cadillac Summit along with Bar Harbor. Pete went the extra mile touring us around. Having set up our tour though Viator was easy and I can assure you much better than the larger group tours we saw. Make sure you request Pete if he is available and you will not go wrong........ My wife and I will always remember our 29th anniversary.

Abby Jo was an awesome guide. Friendly, informative, and entertaining. Great communication and great stops at little hidden places the big buses don’t/can’t go. Our family was on a big bus tour and told us they couldn’t stop at many places due to the size of the vehicle.

Jeff our guide was great. This was much better than being rushed on the ship booked excursions and spending the majority of the time on the bus. We explored acadia by private tour with stops at the beach, summit, lakes m, thunder hole and more. No rushing and wr had a great guide and safe driver.

Thank you! Jeff is a wonderful local guide and I completely agree with you, the only way to really enjoy Acadia is on a private tour. The buses only make 2 stops for 15 minutes. On a private tour you can stop for as long as you want to and where you want to. The guides will show you all of the places not marked by big signs and hoards of people.

The park was absolutely beautiful. Caleb was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was wonderful to have a guide that grew up in the area. We finished the day with a lobster roll and “Old Soake” Blueberry soda. Perfect end to a really great day!
