I only had one day visit Acadia and as a solo female I wanted to feel safe exploring so booked this tour. I can honestly say it's one of the best experiences of my life. The ride allowed me to see smell and hear the park whilst learning from my amazing guide Marty.

Marty was a great guide. Tiding bikes through the carriage roads where you don’t have to worry about cars was wonderful. And the scenery and changing leaves were really special. Highlight of our trip for sure!

It was a beautiful Autumn day. The guide Marty was very informative & showed us some special places that were both natural & man made. A few times, we parked our bikes and walked to really special spots. The E-bike made the 20+ mile ride easy for moderately fit people. If you have already driven Acadia Park Loop, this is a GREAT way to see the rest of Acadia! Unfortunately, we didn’t know until the night before that the starting point was at Acadia Visitor Center (2.5 miles from the cruise terminal) and we had to make arrangements to get there. No taxis nor Uber service in Bar Harbor in the morning. We walked to the park and had a very kind couple from our group take us back to Bar Harbor.

Our guide, Marty, was a great part of our positive experience. She had safety as her first priority. She took us to some of her favorite stops and a loop that we both enjoyed to the max. She shared history as well as facts about the park, the bridges, etc. We had a marvelous day of weather. Our only drawback is for others to really understand the power of the Ebikes if you have not ridden before - AND the importance of avoiding skidding out on the gravel roads. We are experienced riders and were totally concerned for those who had not even ridden bikes since they were children! Our TREK Ebikes at home are opposite of the models chosen by this company. My bike seat moved down on me as I rode. The speed lurched and stopped rather than maintained the speed or level I was on. That in itself, was a danger. It is in the best interest of the company and patrons to have stronger model of bikes and provide more than 5 minutes of orientation to the bike before everyone takes off on their own. We could not be more pleased that we chose to be with Marty as a guide. She was a delight all the way.....The park was full of color and totally enjoyable every minute we spent in the park.

This was a wonderful guided trip by a very knowledgeable guide. Marti was incredibly intuitive about our group. I hadn't ridden a bike for 20 years and had never ridden an ebike, but she gave me the pep talk when we were getting started, and that was reassuring I can't say enough about Marti! She gave us the history of the park and showed us what I would consider to be many secret vistas in the park. Also, she had enormous patience for our group and always had our safety foremost. Thank you for a truly memorable experience.

Marty, our guide was absolutely wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and patient as we discovered how to properly operate the bikes. The 20 miles on carriage roads was breathtaking. Something we would never be able to walk but cruised on with our bikes. Since my wife and I are both somewhat older and retired we were concerned about the adventure, but would do it again for sure.

We had a foggy day but the ride was still great. We were able to get a lot of history and some great pics. Marty was a great guide. The Jordan House and grounds were beautiful. Such great history. The natural landscapes and view were breathtaking and surprisingly quiet. Thanks to the Rockefeller and the National Park service for keeping the park maintained! A little on eBikes. They are heavy. I normally ride a road bike (light distance) and thought I wouldn’t need the electric support. …You’ll need the support of the battery on a few hills. We had a few falls, which is pretty common. Make sure you pay attention during the e-bike training. When you get ready to stop, don’t engage your pedals. It makes the bike want to go. That caused a few falls. The guides were great. Helped us practice before the trail. Take them up on the offer.
