My friend and I picked this cruise as it sounded relaxing and informative. I have limited mobility and use a walker. The staff quickly helped me to embark and be safely seated. Our tour guide was Ariana who was knowledgeable and entertaining. It was excellent and gave us a different prospective to Bath to that from gained walking the streets, we recommend this relaxing cruise as an enhancement to the Bath tourist.

Relaxing but Educational

The river cruise gave a different perspective of Bath. On the ground you see things but from the river you get a completely different view. Our guides Paul and Celyn provided excellent information that only they could provide.

Took two seniors on this trip which was worth it for the view of the weir from the water- a well-narrated, comfortable trip with a distinctly different view of Bath. Enjoyed the bubbly, too!

The Captain was an experienced boater. We felt very safe. The First Mate/Narrator was knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Prosecco was flowing. We saw some wonderful sites and we got very close to the weir. Highly recommend!

Nice to have the windows down and sit in an enclosed part of the boat (it was a hot and sunny day!). Our tour guide poured bottomless Prosecco and was very knowledgeable about the history of the buildings we rode past. Lovely afternoon!

I was not able to get there on time since the directions was not so clear .I called to ask for reschedule but I was told it is not possible. I felt disappointed having paid for 3 adults and was not able to do the boat trip

I’m sorry, they are small tours and allowing space for no shows would increase the price considerably. We just ask you allow plenty of time and follow the instructions which are clear. We spoke to you and you said you had been delayed.

Disappointing. Don't waste your money

Very expensive (£130 ) for what it is, which is basically a 45 min up and down the river in an small old boat with limited views of the river bank let alone the buildings along it, so didn't see much. The girl (Jess) pleasant enough but lacked enthusiasm and gave limited information. Also the details said you could buy drinks on board which you couldn't and as booked as a special trip for my Daughter's 21st this was disappointing!!

The tour you booked was £25 and included free Prosecco and we don’t charge if you have anything else. We have a full bar and you could have purchased anything. The ‘old boat’ is part of the experience and it’s on the GB historic ship register and most people love her ! The trip is 50 minutes and we checked the GPS on board for that day and it was 53 minutes. We asked staff onboard who remember your group and said that your daughter was upset she wasn’t with her friends in Italy on her birthday. Jess is tirelessly enthusiastic even though we don’t think it should be expected on a laid back tour. There are some great sights including Pulteney Weir but anything is what you make of it .
