Brilliant day out

Brilliant day out with our driver and tour guide, Tha. He was so friendly, knowledgable and kind, taking us to so many places and explaining the history and Cambodian culture behind it. The tour is great value for money as you will see so much in one day. We would definitely recommend and book with him again!

It was a fabulous day … we saw so much more & did so much more than we expected. Bin was a fabulous guide … really friendly, helpful, kind & knowledgeable. He spoke English really well, so communication was easy. We tried lots of lovely snacks … sticky bamboo rice, spring rolls, dried mango & banana chips! Of course, we saw lots of sights … the bat cave, killing cave, the bamboo train and more! Definitely Bun made the experience! Would definitely recommend the tour!

Amazing day

This was one of our favourites trips in Cambodia. Our guide (Tah) was amazing - very informative and always able to answer questions. Throughout the morning we stopped at various villages to sample some local food and see how the locals live. We visited the killing fields, which was very emotional and also the caves. We saw the millions of bats flying out of the cave which was incredible. The recommended restaurant for lunch was delicious. They also helped us book travel from Siem Reap as I didn't realise until the day before that pick up was only from Battambang! A very memorable day for us.

A fantastic day tour in Battambang

I took the tour with Tha, as Bun was unable to make it last minute. It was a pleasure to be shown around Battambang by Tha. His English was excellent and was very thorough in explaining the history of Battambang and his own stories. Some of the sites we visited were very sobering, especially the torture museum and the genocide sites. The wonderful moments were meeting the locals selling their wares. I loved sampling the dried banana, fresh rice paper rolls and bamboo sticky rice. The bamboo train was a lot of fun, make sure to hold onto your hats it goes faster than you think! It absolutely poured down in the evening but we stuck around at the mountain to watch the bats fly out of the cave. I was home by around 7pm. Truly a great day and I felt very looked after. Thank you Tha!

The best value tour we have had in Cambodia . Sadly Bun was poorly but he sent his friend called Thu who was brilliant . His knowledge and his history he shared with us was made the day and his English was excellent. I fully recommend this tour and would say ti anyone considering one , do take this one you will definitely feel like you have spent your day wisely .

This was an incredible tour, and such good value for money! Bun was our tour guide for the day and he was super friendly, knowledgable and his English was perfect. He took us to see local family businesses and we got to try lots of food throughout the day, as well as temples, the bamboo train and the killing & bat cave. Would 100000% recommend this experience. I know that Bun also offers a home stay which I wasn’t aware of, but have also heard great things if you wanted to do that!

Firstly: Rotha is the perfect guide. Reliable, nice, friendly, well educated and very open without being intrusive. He was able to tell us exciting (historical) stories about Battambang and the country of Cambodia. He was able to incorporate his own experiences, which made this tour so incredibly authentic. The tour was very informative for us and was very interesting. We were able to experience a part of the "real Cambodia" and are very grateful for that! He was able to answer all questions! Without Rotha, the trip would not have been so great. We've already had some really great guides - but Rotha really is the best. He was also able to show us great places, serve us the most delicious food and introduce us to other locals. The tour was absolutely amazing! Rotha was also a very good driver. We felt very safe at all times. At least: Thank you Rotha you made our trip unforgettable 🫶

This tour was a bit disappointing! We managed to see what we wanted to see in Battambang in one day which is great however we felt our tour guide was not very informative. We got dropped at each place and told when he would return to pick us up so we didn’t get much history and limited context behind the sites we were seeing. The tour guide was lovely and offered us lots of water throughout the tour but we essentially were just paying to hire him to drive us around for the day which we could’ve got for much less than $40 ($20 each). We spent most of the morning just visiting local food stalls and tasting the food which was paid for by the tour but again not much info behind it which was disappointing. Overall not what we expected based in the reviews and description. We’d recommend hiring a proper tour guide if you want to know more about the sites you’re seeing.

Taking. Tour with a tuk tuk is certainly an interesting way to go. The tour guide was wonderful and he took us to places where we could taste typical Cambodian food and see how the products of Cambodia were made. We really had. Fun day, even though the weather was extremely hot.
