Rude driver
Harshvardhan_B, May 2024
I wouldn’t recommend this trip. The driver was rude. Initially I wasn’t allowed to board the bus since I didn’t book from their website. He said that Viator is not the official website.
Disappointed
Patricia_L, May 2024
Extremely hot on the bus, miserable. Couldn't get off to see enough and when we did it was 15 min or less for some.
Fantastic trip
Cynthia_K, May 2024
The beautiful scenery. And our tourguide Rachel and driver Mark were fantastic. Friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. The dark hedges were so cool. The rope bridge was closed due to a labour's issue. No fault of our tour. But they got us as close as possible to get picture.
Missed us completely
Janice_M, May 2024
The Allen’s Tour bus couldn’t pick us up at the designated spot due to marathon race. Our pickup was in front of Leonardo Hotel, which was closed off to traffic. You’d think with knowing this they would schedule pickup at another location, they just apologized for the inconvenience and we missed our day trip that we came to Belfast for…poor!!
Causeway is incredible but I hope the bus driver is not as ill as he was on the tour
Lori_J, Apr 2024
Loved the Giant's Causeway. My concern about this trip was the bus driver's health. He shouldn't have been at work. He was very witty, great stories but at times couldn't speak due to his illness and chronic sneezing/coughing. I had been traveling through Europe for a month without a single illness until this trip. 3 days later I had the same thing and am now home and losing work because of it. It was Covid and I'm pretty sure that's what he had too. If an employee spending a day with tourists is that ill they should be at home or at the very least wearing a mask. The castle, rope bridge stop were not necessary - didn't get to really do anything at them and this was just the wrong time of year to probably see Dark Hedges, that's on us.
Fun and interesting

Loved all the stops and info provided by bus driver. Would recommend to others travelling to the area
Best long weekend
Raquel_L, Apr 2024
The tour driver was really funny 😁 and very helpful. He had a good knowledge of all the places we saw. We really enjoyed the giant causeway, just beautiful.

Thanks very much for your review and I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your trip to the Gaint's Causeway and Northern Ireland.
It was beautiful!
Toshia_P, Apr 2024
Stunning views. History. Food. Perfection! I would definitely recommend this. Great price for a full day of beauty.

You are very welcome!- we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our tour.
Disappointed Tourists
Jean_R, Apr 2024
Biggest disappointment was not being able to cross the rope Bridge. The coach was not allowed down anymore, perhaps could have a small minibus to ferry people in? Hard to see from the lookout. Bushmills visit didn’t include a tour. Giants Causeway was not allowed into the gift shop at the end. I think the National Trust is not very business savvy to be turning away customers.
Ticked off some of the sites
Beano, Apr 2024
Full day ticking off some great sites. Would have liked a tiny bit longer at the distillery 😉. A good full day.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Thanks for your comments and now you know where the distillery is perhaps you will come back again and visit a number of our local distilleries.
Beautiful Northern Ireland
Anthony_K, Mar 2024
It was fun and the driver Lindsay was really good at narrating the different sites and places we came across.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Thanks you for your review and I will pass on your comments to Lindsay.
Good day
Lynda_P, Mar 2024
A good day. Giants Causeway was spectacular. Coach needs some attention, some seats are missing footrests and tray tables.
Excellent tour
Ruth_M, Mar 2024
Lindsey was an awesome guide. Very knowledgeable, helpful and funny. I will definitely do this again the next time I'm back in Northern Ireland.
Good trip
Denise_O, Mar 2024
We really like Lindsey our guide. He was funny. We enjoyed each stop. We were surprised by the stop at Bushmills.
Great day trip from Belfast
Henry_M, Mar 2024
A really great opportunity to see the sights in Northern Ireland from Belfast. Really well organised.
I was disappointed.
Wendy_K, Mar 2024
Very interesting to see the Giants Causeway up close and lovely views over the rope bridge from the viewing point. The stops at Carrickfergus castle and Jamieson's distillery were a waste of time as you couldn't go into the castle and only the shop was open at the Distillery. Very high food prices at the one pub available for lunch.
Giant’s clumsy
Jafar_A, Feb 2024
Chasing each other at the path and picturing on the rocks and struggling to get on the rocks and slipping
The experience was once...
Eugenia_C, Feb 2024
The experience was once in a lifetime, the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The food at the restaurant was amazing.

Thanks for your review and I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour.
Beautiful countryside & coast
Jane_G, Feb 2024
Beautiful day enjoying a coastal tour of Antrim. Guide (Lindsay) was great providing a well paced & interesting trip. Giant’s Causeway was a highlight but timings to walk down & back should be provided to plan best use of time during visit.
Response from Host, Mar 2024
Thanks for your comments and I will pass this on to our tour guide. It is usually a 25 minute walk down to the main Causeway area.
Mini bus tour
Anne_F, Feb 2024
We went in a mini bus which was past its best. Damp smell in the mini bus. Group of young men making noise so couldn’t hear commentary. The driver did his best with lots of ingot when you could hear him. Couldn’t get to the rope bridge.
