Our driver Avram, was great. He was on time for our pick up. He was very accommodating. He made sure everyone was comfortable. The van even had free wifi and water bottles. Overall, this shuttle service was amazing. I would use this again and recommend this to others as well.

Even though there is a timetable for the shuttle pickup at the airport, you provide them with your flight info, and they will show up when you arrive unless there are many other people they have to collect. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name in the luggage claim area, although technically, the shuttle was not supposed to depart for another 2 hours. It saved us a lot of time sitting bored at the airport. The driver was excellent, didn't rush, or drive crazy at all. He also offered to make a stop for lunch for us and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in San Ignacio. Overall, this was the easiest way to get from the airport to San Ignacio.
