I was told that my trip was canceled due to low participation. However, I WASN'T informed until I called the company. No one notified me! Time is important when traveling. An email, text or call would be optimal customer service.

It was a bit chaotic in the morning. We were on time but it took 45 minutes before the excursion actually started. Dennis was very good at explaining history etc. He was very quick to pick us up when we called from the beach.

This trip was not very good at all or maybe I was just expecting more. Kukumba Beach is not a beach at all. It is an inland area of water with a slide, and a few water activities. The sand is very rocky and cut my daughter’s feet making the rest of our trip only tolerable instead of good. The tour was laughable.

Absolutely horrible. You didn't do at all what we paid for. YOu forced us on another tour . We paid for city tour and Kukumba beach. We got to tour excursion place and were forced to wait for 2 hours sitting on a bench on the dock, while they opened up. THen, they forced us to take a 1 hour boat ride with the snorkelers to an island beach instead of taking us to Kukumba beach and city tour. We got out there and no restaurants were open and we only had 2 hours there before we had to come back.
