Gulet Tour & Swimming on Turquoise Coast

Lovely time on this private Gulet tour with friends. We motored in the Gulet to several scenic stops allowing us to swim in scenic turquoise waters. The lunch provided was delicious, with a hearty selection of mezze, breads, and grilled meats as well as Turkish coffee and tea served at a nice table. The boat was relatively new, with beautiful polished wood trim, had plenty of comfortable seating, and the captain and chef were both wonderful - thoughtful and friendly. We did a day trip, but the cabins and bathroom facilities on board looked nice for a multi-day trip. Great experience all around.

We had a fabulous day with Captain Mehmet on the Gulet Nagehan, sailing around the exquisite waters of Bodrum. The pre-trip instructions were very well communicated and we had no trouble connecting with our Captain at the Bodrum Marina. We started our day at 10:30 with offers of coffee and tea in sparkling water and a quick overview of the day. We were five friends who had been touring Turkey for the prior 9 days and thought that a day on the water would be the perfect way to wrap up our adventure. It truly was! The boat was very comfortable, Captain Mehmet's mother was his crew and chef and that was such a beautiful surprise. It added such an authenticity to our experience. The delicious, homemade lunch, served with icy, cold, Turkish wine and the opportunity to connect with locals and learn a bit more about Turkish culture was amazing. Don't pass on the opportunity to explore these beautiful waters by boat, swimming in the crystal clear Aegean sea is not to be missed! I would highly recommend taking advantage of this fabulous experience while you were in Bodrum!

Luxury yacht experience

What a incredible experience! The yacht was amazing and the crew were very attentive to our every need. We were taken to three lovely locations and had a day we will never forget. We visited Bodrum via a cruise ship and were a little nervous booking an outside tour but are so happy we did. Communication was great. Boarding and drop off were very convenient to the cruise port. I can’t recommend this experience enough!

Fun for the family

We really loved this tour. Our family (wife, myself, kids 15, 13, 9) enjoy just playing around as a family and having fun. The captiain and the Chef on the boat just left us to it. They took the boat to three beautiful bays and made amazing food. They didn't really interact with us at all, which is ok with us as we had a blast on the ship playing around, swimming, and relaxing. It was a great adventure for us!

The trip was awesome! The boat was beautiful and very clean. Captain Serdar was there waiting for us when we arrived about a half hour early. They made an amazing lunch, provided snorkel gear, and took us to beautiful bays. Captain Serdar was a wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Beautiful boat, easy walk to the harbor from our cruise ship. Wonderful staff, even loaned us towels. Has waters and tea and made us a delicious lunch . We went to several swimming spots in the emerald green waters. Wonderful relaxing day. We were two couples in our 50s, highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time out on Captain Ibrahim's boat. The crew was so helpful and the food was simple, but tasty. It was the consensus among our group that this was one of the highlights of our trip.

This was so wonderful. The crew could not have been lovelier. Lunch was healthy and authentic. We brought our favorite wine and we had a great meal, which was needed since we was hungry after a day of swimming in the refreshing, crystal blue Aegean waters. This was money well spent. So glad I did it.

Good experience by your company comma lacking

I’ll start by saying the host was wonderful; very friendly. He provided us fresh fruit upon arrival and welcomed us very happily. We quickly set sail, and had a great time swimming and enjoying the Gulet itself. There was no safety info (like where to find life vests if needed) and that seemed a bit odd. The issue lies mostly with the tour operator, communication, and the lunch. We very clearly told the company we had two vegetarians - which they even confirmed they day prior and asked if an egg omelette would be ok. The issue is lunch was chicken, pasta salad with ground hamburger mixed throughout, bread, and a non-protein salad (which was good but not suitable as the only option on a hot day for vegetarians). It seems like the tour operator never relayed this info, or if they did, it wasn’t accommodated as we had been told it would be. The other issue is that WhatsApp is a requirement to have in order to communicate the day before. That should be listed in advance so folks can plan that don’t not, nor wish to use, it). I would absolutely recommend this Gulet and the host; but would never pay as much as we did for this experience to have a meal we can’t eat, so I wouldn’t recommend using this particular booking company as it feels like customer needs are ignored.

By far our favorite experience on our 10 day trip! Mehmet was wonderful sharing about his culture, taking us to wonderful snorkeling spots and making us a delicious lunch on the boat! Highly recommend! 10/10!

We were a party of 8 and we had such a nice time. Mehmet was a wonderful host - personable and friendly. He prepared a fabulous lunch while his uncle fished off the back of the boat with only fishing wire! He caught 3 fish. We will definitely be seeing them again.

Fun voyage

The captain made a delicious lunch. The voyage was relaxing and we hit great swimming spots. We think they said we’d go to a “white sand beach” which we never did but who really cares. It was a fun voyage.

Excellent Experience!. Captain Mehmet on the Gulet Nagehan was helpful and interesting without being overly intrusive. Lunch was prepared on board by his mother and it was the highlight of the tour. A great way to see the sights and relax. Group of 11 fit comfortably on the gulet. Worked well for a cruise ship excursion as we could set the times. We avoided the early morning rush off the cruise ship by meeting at 10am. It was a healthy walk there, about 25 minutes, through the main shopping area along the water.

Captain Kadri was excellent. He communicated the day prior to our arrival to make sure everything was all set. We arrived at the boat and he was all set to leave. Took us to beautiful swimming spots and made us a delicious meal. We had a fantastic day, the boat was beautiful. THANK YOU
