We pick up all passengers from Bodrum and Bodrum Peninsula. Pick up point is always outside the security gate or main gate of the hotel or other places which we inform the customer etc: taxi station, bus station, corner of the street.

Chaos getting through immigration

Nice day out from Bodrum and Kos is a typical Greek holiday resort. However immigration checks on the Greek side are chaotic with huge queues and poor marshalling. Not helped by us not being able to join the EU queue any longer but having to join the longer ‘other passport’ line. Lots of queue jumping too ! Nearly missed the boat back despite being very early due to a total lack of organisation and communication on the Greek side.

We just booked boat tickets online which was simple but the organisation from the local travel agent was bad. We had to chase the travel agent via phone to get the time confirmed for the hotel pick which came only at 21:25 the day before. Pick up was in the street not at Hotel and worst the bus drive passed us, so we had to take a Taxi . When we arrived at the boat we found out our boat is leaving from a different port, so had to take another Taxi. Organisation nightmare

In Greece it was very cool, but the company-farry was spoiled by the carrier. It's unclear what, and for what reason we drove 1.5 hours instead of 45 minutes. About 30 minutes we moored, unfolded, although we could immediately moor. Because of this, lost one hour and so a short stay on the island.
