You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Guido was an outstanding guide for our hike through the Dolomites! He is very friendly, fun to spend time with, and thoughtful of our activity level. We went on a beautiful trail, we were surrounded by the mountains. We went by a beautiful lake as well. The tavern we stopped at had amazing food, and tavern staff greeted us warmly! Guido was very accomodating for us, picking us up and dropping us off at our hotels.

Excellent tour guide who knows the area very well. I would never have been able to navigate the trails on my own. Guido our guide new exactly were to take us to get a breathtaking view of the Dolomites in a popular setting about 60 minutes outside Bolzano.

Our day of hiking with Guido was better than any expectations we have had! Our family of 4, with two kids ages 11 and 13, love to hike and enjoy nature. We were looking for a solid day of walking and great scenery! Guido must have read our minds because we had the most wonderful and diverse 8-9 mile walk, with a mix of up and down and unmatched views! We had a wonderful lunch at the top, about midway, and the kids enjoyed playing with and in water at the end of the walk. We had a ton of questions during our walk and Guido was super informative and helpful, so not only our first encounter with Dolomites was phenomenal, but we got a ton of ideas for what to do when we return! This was absolutely worth every dollar! Thank you so much, Guido - we will be back :)

This was our highlight of Italy. Guido was an excellent guide and showed us some of the most stunning views of the dolomites. We loved it. Highly recommended. Was definitely worth the money.

A great experience. Guido collected us at 9.15am and we drove to a beautiful lake outside of Bolzano. From there we travelled to the chair lifts and took one up the mountain. We hiked for awhile before stopping for a coffee break. We hiked to an excellent viewing point before returning for a delicious lunch. The hike back was beautiful and the drop off back to Bolzano was perfect. Would highly recommend this great experience in the Dolomites.

Dear Madeline,
following your request "We do not have a clear idea of where we want to go, but we hope to see different areas of the Dolomites (if possible). We would probably prefer to do several short hikes instead of one long one, if that is possible," we have arranged for you a custom "double tour" of 2 short hikes instead of one regular hike.
We proposed the day's program to you in the morning and you said it was fine. In this way you saw two different areas of the Dolomites ("Val di Funes" in the morning, "Seceda" in the afternoon).
Please note that we did not charge any additional fee for the cost of diesel fuel for the double transfer (1 extra hour drive).
We are sorry that you did not like our flexibility and ability to tailor the tour to your needs. We took you to the top of "Seceda", one of the most scenic places in the Dolomites.
Next time please try to be clearer in your request, you can't see all the Dolomites in one day. We are very surprised by your review. Thank you.
