Please note that Meeting Point and Meeting Instructions are clearly indicated in the online booking site complete with exact google map coordinates/link. The same information is automatically sent to you via digital voucher by the booking platform upon successful booking. Most, if not all of our customers are able to show up on time. In addition, our staff communicated instructions to get to the site and informed the instructor and boat crew of the delay. Our manager and Instructor searched the beach for you based on your information on your location, gave additional instructions to meet you half way down the beach from your hotel, and offered to wait longer until you are met on the beach. We would like to clarify that nobody promised a full refund which is our protocol. What we advise is to request for refund thru the booking platform afterwhich we will respond on the request. Our dive instructor and boat crew allocated 3 hours (extended by 1 more hour due to the expected delay in your arrival) of their day to deliver you the Discover Scuba Diving that you booked. These are 4 dive crew members, sets of dive gear and a boat reserved the whole morning to accommodate the booking. We hope you understand that normally we would not even give a refund, but anyway decided to give partial refund.
