Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Had a great time. Despite colder conditions it was super fun! Clay and Brandon keep us safe and moving and I never felt like we could get hurt. So much fun running through puddles and navigating holes and crevices. Highly recommend!

This is a must Branson adventure. Clay is a great guide. We had so much fun! He has a radio and talks to you constantly as you are driving. The ranch is beautiful, and Clay provides photo ops. Loved the ride through the creek! A great getaway from the Branson norm - for kids and adults!

Because we booked through this site there was no "wiggle room" on cancelation. We contracted covid within the 24hrs of the event. I would only tell people to book straight through the owner not your site. We lost the huge fee! We will go back but only by booking through the owner. He was very kind and said to remind him, he will give us a discount.
