Super service/drive from a fun local

So glad booked this. Our plane was late and our luggage was one of last to come so was nice to know we had a ride waiting!! Our driver Andy was great!! He was a proud local with good sense of humour and since was our first visit even took us down some side roads to get a feel for Barbados community outside of the resort. We liked him so much asked if he could be our ride back ! Would be 5 stars but no a/c in car. Good breeze from windows though.

I have none. You did not pick me up at the airport. The corporate office in LV said it was emailing you; had sent several emails and I was to wait for an email to say whether you are picking me up today or not. The office here said they have no emails. I had to charter a taxi to get to my hotel.

Driver had instructions to take us to the Hilton but his instructions did not say which Hilton so he left us at the wrong Hilton. Driver was very nice but we lists two hours driving around at midnight in Barbados. My reservation clearly stated Hilton Vacation club.

Unfortunately when you booked you did not give the correct name for your location. There is Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Hotel. You entered Hilton Vacations. When we reached out by email for clarification you did not respond. When the driver asked you if it was Hilton hotel you said yes. Your distance booked was also for Hilton Hotel and not Grand Vacations. The driver take you to Hilton hotel and when you realized your error returned and took you to Hilton vacation club and aa no bellman was available he helped you with your bags. It is unfortunate you did not share the whole story
