The hawk experience is not suitable for children under 8 and is subject to favourable weather conditions. In the event of unsuitable conditions you will have the opportunity to fly owls indoors. If you prefer to fly owls instead of a hawk please let Bath Insider Tours know in advance.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
