Guide was a no show. Could not reach anyone with Viator. Left message never returned. Eventually heard from tour operator who said she never received confirmation from viator and had another booking. My vacation was ruined. They do not care just a marketing company not a tour company.

It never happened because I had to cancel due to illness, left two emails to Viator asking for a full refund, and never received a reply from Viator. What a ripoff! I don't think I'll ever book Viator again!

The museum in Bastogne is a terrific experience. If you are having lunch before or after try Brasserie Le Nut's and don't forget to have an Airborne Beer

We greatly appreciated Joyce’s fund of knowledge and expansive spirit. She did not claim to be an expert in military history, but knew how to make that available. She was energetic and resourceful (despite dispiriting weather). Would recommend her not just for this trip but as a resource for travel, accommodations, food and culture on any travel in Europe
