Driver's license is NOT accepted , basically the same documents accepted at the airports. . Any person without document will have the tour cancelled automatically without the right of refund.
  • Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the tour starts, we will need a bit of time to check you in , verify the ids/passports .
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Well worth visiting

Easy to find the pick-up point. Guide Grigio spoke very good English. He only took us to the Palace of parliament. After going through a similar thing to airport security, we had another guide who took us round the parliament. You only get to see 5% of the building, but it is worth it.

Alejandra received us very kindly at Viator office. She explained very well the protocol to enter the parliament and suggested us tu go also to ceauscesco house and found fit is the last 2 tickets to go the same day at 4 o clock. She lead us ups to the palace and help us with the tickets and didn’t left until we were already inside. Very good attention

Building itself good to visit. But actual tour is only 45 minutes while spending over an hour waiting for check in and security.
Amazing building, awful tour guide

This is one of the most fascinating buildings in Bucharest. I’ve visited it several times. However, the tour we had recently was hands-down the worst tour experience I’ve had ever. The guide explained none of the history, but just pointed out the colour of the carpets. When I provided feedback to the booking agency, I received rude treatment.

Got a good insight of the history of the building. Guide was knowledgeable. The passport and security takes time. Tour last about one hour.

Good pre tour communication. 20 minute walk to entrance from meeting point. Should meet at parliament. Parliament itself good guide but private events kept uscfrom seiing two important rooms

Visit to Bucharest parliament

Not worth the time or money

You meet in a run down office nowhere near where the tour starts, complete shambles of a tour getting there. The tour it’s self isn’t worth the time or effort better things to Bucharest. This tour is all about looking at empty rooms and I do mean empty uninteresting rooms. The building has no real history or any relevant story’s to reveal of the history of Romania or its people. This tour is best described as AVOID
Disappointing

I've been here before for other tours but this was one of the worst versions. The building has over 1000 rooms and only 4 plus a hallway were shown. No balcony visit, no roof visit, no view of the Deputy chambers. Guide forgot that her mission was to give information about the place and things on display and went on far too long on personal views about politics, history, society. For all the fuss of meeting, having a 10 minute walk to the place, waiting for the passport checks and entry checks and the price there was far too little content, both in guide information and actual visit. A real disappointment.

I think the trip is a must do when you visit Bucharest. The Palace of Parliament is the biggest building in Europe, nothing too impressive until you get in.

It was easy and straightforward to get into the palace. Don't forget your passport or you won't get in and be early - there's a lovely little coffee shop near the meeting point grab a drink there.

The Palace of Parliament is a must-do evening while you're in Bucharest. It's a beautiful building, full of glamor and history. Our Viator guide was fantastic and she was very informative! It was very well organized.
