Very enjoyable. Route was good but the group was a bit too big. We stopped at various caves and beaches which was nice but the break was too long. We had opportunities to snorkel but there wasn’t much to see!

It was a great time, our guide went at our pace and showed us caves and locations I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. Swam through caves and enjoyed time in the rocks, was beautiful.

Not as expected, but generally okay

Overall it was an *okay* experience, but not what we expected. The gear and site seeing were all good, but the social aspect made this trip less engaging than it could have been. Top 3 things we wish we knew beforehand: 1) The guides are not Montenegrin. Call me crazy, but when you book a guided tour in Montenegro you expect to meet people from... Montenegro. We were immediately thrown off when we showed up and our Russian guides didn't speak the local language. Their English was also very limited, which made it hard for them to give instructions to most of the group. They were relatively friendly and everything turned out okay in terms of site seeing and group safety, but we weren't really able to interact with the guides and get information about the area. 2) This was a "kayaking light" experience. I booked this trip because it said it's beginner friendly and I would say that's true: Most people in the group seemed to be inexperienced kayakers; we stayed close to the coastline; and, we spent a good amount of time swimming/sitting on the beach. In fact, we may have spent more time swimming and sitting than actually kayaking, which annoyed my husband because we paid to go kayaking. 3) Big group, not an intimate experience. We knew this wouldn't be a private tour but it was still surprising to get into the water with 10-15 strangers. Due to the language barrier between tourists and our guides, there wasn't a strong sense of "togetherness" and it sort of felt like we were all clueless sheep being herded out on the water. All that said, there are some positives to highlight: -The gear was in great condition. They provided kayaks, paddles, and life vests as advertised, and all of these were in good shape. Most kayaks are tandem kayaks. **Be sure to bring your own bottled water!** -The guides were attentive. We had two guides, one at the front of the group and one toward the back who made sure nobody got left behind. Despite the language barrier and such a large group, I did feel like they were looking out for everyone's safety. They made sure everyone put on the correct size of life vest, they wouldn't let anyone swim too close to the rocks, and they skipped one of the smaller caves because the waves were too high. **But, if you have 0 kayaking experience and think you need extra help from your guide, this probably isn't the trip for you. ** -Lastly, the Montenegrin coast is beautiful and the weather was great (but hot!!). This tour gives you the chance to take some good photos and exercise in a way that's fun. For a couple/friends who have some basic kayaking experience and aren't looking for any sort of cultural immersion or education, this could be a nice way to break up the day.

A great tour for those who would like a kayak tour in the sunset and would like to enjoy great mountain views from the seaside of Budva. The guides were very nice and helpful. We reveived loads of photos and videos from the tour afterwards for free. Great value for money.

We were a family of four, oldest 53 and youngest 12. Coordination with the club prior to arrival was superb. They responded almost instantly to all my questions and requests. We met the group and the excellent guide at 7 AM and had a three and a half hour peaceful and most pleasant kayak and SUP tour along the cost and within the caves. After a 40 minutes rest on an amazing beach with a cafe and restrooms, we happily headed back to the starting point. Highly recommended!!!
