Our guide was very informative and I feel as though I learnt a lot from the tour. He engaged with us all and was clearly passionate and very knowledgeable about the city and its history. As well as details on how Cambridge System relates to the students - famous alumni and Nobel prizes - the purpose of various sharp spikes - and Diddy Doors and Night Climbers - the expected details of the most and lesser known colleges were comprehensive. The guide was friendly and willing to accommodate the any requests of the party members.

Fascinating History

We learnt so much fascinating detail of the history of the University from Tim. In a small area of central Cambridge, there are colleges with many stories and famous former alumni, and we heard many of them during the tour, which lasted nearly two hours. Well worth it.

Very enjoyable, Tim had easy chat and was very knowledgeable.

Tim was brilliant. His explanations and answers to queries were very clear. The stories and the anecdotes chosen were excellent and it kept us engrossed during the tour. Didn't realise how time passed. And yes, Tim is quite funny and engaging as well :). Would highly recommend this tour.
