An awesome experience

Our tour guide Brent Arthur just made this experience just remarkable. From the time he picked us up and until he dropped us off. Brent arrived early and was waiting for us to come across on the ferry. As we drove from there to the Sulpur Springs he took time to show us all the sites. Upon arrival he took so many pictures of us so we would always have this memorable event. He was just absolutely wonderful and so glad we had got a chance to do this. I can't imagine not having him with us, he was so personal able and a pleasure to have met.

We had terrific fun at the mud baths. The photos of us hand painted with mud designs are priceless. Our private driver/tour guide was the absolute best. He was so kind, knowledgeable, funny, interesting and an expert on executing hair pin turns. When we got back on the ship, so many passengers talked about hating their experience because they were scared of the bus ride. We couldn't recommend this tour more highly. We will always remember it fondly.

Joe from FRAM was fantastic. Very accommodating and the service was the best. The mud bath was just what our bodies needed after climbing the Gros Piton the day before. Taking a dip in the refreshing waterfall was excellent. Finish off the day with Chocolate was the icing on the cake.

The best tour

This tour was great. Kudos to ROLAND our tour guide. There are several mud bath and water fall tours to look through at different price levels. We chose this one which was alittle more but we chose this because the admission fees were already included so we didn’t have to worry. It also said private car which usually means a small tour van which are ok. Turned out it was just us in a very nice minivan. Our driver was great. Ask for Roland. He grew up on the island and knew everything. The drive to the mudbaths takes awhile. Roland gave us a complete tour and history lesson of st Lucia. We made a few stops on the way to take some great pictures. Having a tour guide like Roland was great. He stayed with us the whole time and made sure we got the most of our experience at the mud baths and the beautiful water fall. He kept our phones and took great pictures the whole time. He seemed to know everyone and he made the experience exceptional. We now have a greater appreciation for st Lucia and can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic day in St lucia

We had a fantastic day! Brent was our driver and was very experienced and kind. He does not give much commentary but was happy to answer questions for us. He took photos of us at the stops and we were happy to not be on a big tour. We were able to stop at a coconut stand on the way up which was a highlight for our daughter. We rode with the windows open for better view (windows had DARK tint) which did get pretty hot at times. The springs/mud/waterfall was amazing and the 1.5 hr drive was beautiful!

We loved the spring / mud / waterfall experience. Brent picked us up on time and was so cordial and took very good care of us. My mother, daughter and I felt very safe and well looked after. Joe was our guide and our personal photographer and videographer on this amazing tour of St Lucia. His enthusiasm and spirit for the island was truly remarkable. The roads in St Lucia are challenging to navigate even on a good day. Joe expertly guided us around all of the potholes. I am thoroughly convinced that he knows where every pothole on the island is, and made the ride to our various destinations both informative and entertaining. We stopped at a local establishment that makes casava bread, which is a local treat made from the grain of cassava, obviously grown locally. We also had a very nice lunch at a restaurant with an amazing view overlooking the peaks of St Lucia. But the highlight of our experience was the mud baths. I don't usually put a lot of stock in this sort of thing, beyond the obvious fact that it is an interesting experience, but having done it, I have to say that it truly was a physically rejuvenating experience as well as just plain fascinating. You cover yourself with a volcanic mud, and then there is a person who helps you paint yourself up with some darker mud, and then you let it dry in the sun. You then bathe in the sulfur pools, which are naturally hot pools and the process exfoliates your skin and feels very relaxing. Joe was there to take some amazing photographs of my wife and I through the whole experience. After leaving the mud baths, we went to a few waterfalls that were in the same park. The waterfalls are amazing, and while some of them are just fun little trickles to walk through, a couple of them are truly astounding. this is definitely an adventure my wife and I would recommend for anyone, and I would certainly give my highest commendation to Joe as our guide, as we really appreciated his knowledge, enthusiasm, and his flare for photography as he took some amazing photos and videos of us to preserve our memories of this amazing trip forever.

Mud pools and water fall

Her private driver had been great being very respectful, considerate, asking for our wishes. The mud pool was about 2 hours away from the cruise ship and it was a winding road with beautiful views along the way. Once we go to the mud pools, there were a lot of visitors and our driver kept watch over our personal belongings and taking pictures. We stopped at the rum distillery and tasted lots of different types of Rum for six bucks a person. The waterfall was also quite fun.

Worth every penny!

The tour was great but what made it excellent was our taxi driver Joe from FRAM Tours & Taxi Services. He picked my wife and I on time from the port. Very professional and polite. Car was clean and he had a welcoming gift bag for us, which included snacks and local hot sauce ( we’re hot sauce lovers so this was exciting for us ). He had water bottles for us to keep us hydrated. He mentioned our itinerary for the day and exactly what time we were going to be back to port. He was patient with us and guarded our belongings while we did the tour. He even took us to eat local food for lunch and we visited a chocolate place which was on route so we had the opportunity to buy local made chocolate, which by the way was delicious. He also took us to a local grocery store to buy dry algae moss ( my wife wanted to buy it don’t know exactly why and I didn’t dare to ask lol ). Joe went beyond my expectations and would recommend him 100%. He open my wife door every time we went back to the car ( I give him points for that ). Took us to lots of view points for pictures and couldn’t thank him enough for the wonderful pictures we took, great memories. If you ever want to book a Saint Lucia Sulphur Springs Rejuvenating Mud Bath Tour I’m recommending Joe as your driver and FRAM Tours & Taxi Services for your booking. We will definitely book with them next time we visit Saint Lucia.

We had a fantastic time on our excursion seeing the Sulphur Spring and waterfalls. Joe was the best guide. Stopping off on the way for photo opportunities of local villages. He was very knowledgeable and flexible on the days event.
