Excellent service again! We used them for the trip from the airport to the port as well and we used them again to get us back to the airport. Both trips were great! We got off the ship earlier than we anticipated so we called to see if we could get an earlier pickup time. They worked with us to get us an earlier pickup. The driver was very friendly. Highly recommend their service!

Fantastic correspondence, flexibility, and car seat availability. We need to change our timing and they were able to accommodate and send us tracking of their vehicle which was extremely helpful. We could have you slightly more detailed information on where they would be parked at the cruise port because we didn’t have texting until we arrived.

Ok driving experience, flawed in several respects

I booked online for an Orlando airport-Port Canaveral transfer for a cruise. Airport to cruise terminal ride was smooth but return route had several issues. First, I needed to reschedule pickup time the day before. Viator website does not have a phone number so I was forced to use chat functionality. That took about 30 minutes to reschedule before I realized you can reschedule by using “change your type” as there is “no edit pickup time” option, only “edit pickup date” option. Then, on the date of pickup, the driver hadn’t received the message that pickup time had changed. Driver did not speak much English. He also drove the entire way to Orlando in the left lane about 5mph under the speed limit, which felt unsafe with all the cars buzzing around us in the right lane and cutting us off instead of staying in the right lane and using the left lane only to pass. Music on the radio was too loud, and we had to ask him to turn it down. Driver refused to make 2 drop off points at airport terminal as we had 2 families with 2 different airlines, so one family had to make a long walk between terminals. We will not be using Viator again in the future.
