Ripped off and left to ride a bus

Called driver after disembarking our ship and he stated he would be late. I had an early flight and ended up taking a bus. When you book a luxury sedan you expect a higher level of service. Icing on the cake is even though my ride was canceled due to there bad customer service did not recieve a refund! I feel scammed.

When Amanda had called, we had informed her that our driver, Humberto, would be running a few minutes late due to a major accident on the highway. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially when hours of travelling are involved. However, we hope you understand that we had no control over the external circumstances that caused the delay. Unfortunately, we were unable to get in touch with Amanda despite repeated attempts from Humberto. After waiting for some time, we had to release him from the ride, making him return to Orlando without any passenger. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the refund, we would like to clarify that we don't collect payments from customers. We are a top-rated supplier with Viator, and they are responsible for any refunds in such cases. First notification was telling us they were on time. Next,they said there was a driver change. Another notification they would be 1/2 hour late. Soothe bumped that to 45 minutes. After calling dispatch a few times the sent an Uber driver. Arrived at destination about an hour late. They offered no compensation for us arriving late to an event.

It was a very nice ride. The car was roomy very comfortable. We got out of the cruise terminal 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick up, so we had to wait as the driver did not arrive until the exact scheduled time.

Service was brought forward an hour which we only found out by accident when connecting to WiFi on the ship as we were sent a WhatsApp message. Luckily we found out in time to make the new pick up time. The driver was prompt and friendly and the service took around 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend if leaving a cruise and going straight for a flight.
