    Izzy was fantastic the plane was late but Izzy waited for us. We got to where we staying their were different gates and locations but he was fine and just went with flow until we were right. Thank you Very clean and modern car

    Our driver communicated very well during his wait at the airport. We got stuck in a customs que that took 1-1/2 hours to get through. The driver communicated and was very pleasant during the entire drive to the hotel.

    Our flight to CPT was delayed 2.5 hours. We were exhausted and concerned after 17 hours of traveling. Still our driver was there to meet us…with a smile which allowed us to have a stress free ride to our hotel. Thank you!

    My flight arrived about 20 minutes early but baggage claim handlers took over 45 minutes to get our bags onto the carousel since 3 flights had arrived at around the same time. I saw my driver Jimmy holding a sign with my name waiting for me in the arrivals meeting area shortly after I had left the customs control area. He took my bag and escorted me to his car in the paid parking area, and drove me safely to my hotel.
