Pick up's are from Cape Town International Airport to anywhere within the City Centre, Cape Town or vice versa. On your arrival, your driver will meet with you inside the airport at the arrivals hall with a sign that has your name on it. Your driver will track the status of the flight to ensure he/she is there on time from the moment the flight disembarks. Flight Details: Please ensure that the correct flight number is on your booking. Arrival: If there happens to be any changes to your flight then please notify us immediately in order for us to make the necessary arrangements. Luggage/Customs: If there is any issue on your arrival then please try to notify us in order for your driver to know that have arrived. Contact: Please provide a WhatsApp number (if possible) for easier communication.

Our driver was Keith who is very polite, helpful and friendly. His car is big and comfortable for 2 person. When my plane landed then taxied on the runway, i got a message on Whatsapp from our driver that he was waiting for us at the arrival hall with the sign of my names, that was very nice. I recommend this Airport transfer service to anyone who visit Cape Town because it was worth.

The driver was on time. I did not have a working phone at the time and was worried. But no worries There was a sign with my name.. He was informative as what to do and suggestions for my travels. Am taking the services back to the airport at 0330 am. I was the only passenger at the time.

My flight arrived earlier than expected and I cleared customs very quickly. I retrieved my luggage very fast and was out 45 minutes earlier than my booking. My driver was already there waiting for me with a sign as requested. The drive to my hotel was smooth and the driver gave me some about the City, restaurants and places to see. Excellent!

Terrible experience to start your holiday

We arrived in Cape Town airport on time and by the time we had cleared customs and collected our bags our driver had already left , we then spent 15 mins trying to find him before a taxi driver let us use his phone to contact the firm , we were told the driver had waited 2 hours for us , not true , and that he had left and wouldn’t come back , we were then forced to pay R450 for a taxi to our hotel . The company contacted us and said the flight was taken off the board , we replied to them and have heard nothing since
