The adress on viator was wrong and the team was unprofessional. I told them kindly that they should maybe check their information on viator because it brought us to a wrong destination (but hopefully we met someone who knew the correct adress and drove us at the right place) and the "receptionist " simply ignored me and choose to not answer me. They also gave me the worst equipment which was dry so just impossible to wear. It was humiliating that someone had to help me in front of everyone because it was dry and too small for me. Also the skipper was unfriendly. At least the positive thing is that the activity itself is nice

Hugely enthusiastic guides who were determined for us to have a good time, which helped one of us conquer their nerves. The hot chocolate and cookies after was a wonderful touch. Such a fun experience, would recommend.

What an experience! We had a super sunny and calm day so that helped. From the moment you check in, the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s a quick 5 min boat ride out to the island and there were SO many seals! Felt safe in the water (albeit very cold) then had a hot chocolate and cookies on the way back. We even spotted some dolphins! A must do!! Also hired the go pro which is a must if you don’t have your own - the footage is so great to look back on.

Great experience. The Water is freezing cold! Beware especially if you are not a strong swimmer. Our diving guide was so helpful and let me stay with him the entire time. Got to see hundreds of seals! But seriously the water is freezing.

Crew was great but there were very few seals to see. I wish the crew would have given some tips to our group on how to make sure seals are not spooked away before we all got in the water.

It was the most incredible experience ever. My asian ass cannot do the cold water but for this it was worth every moment. Guides were really friendly and informative (really important) and made the experience feel like we’ve done this before even though it was our first time. Comfortable is the right word. Would I do this again… ERM YEAH! Do I recommend? Hell yes!

Absolutely brilliant experience. Freezing cold but seeing the seals more than made up for it. The guides were all hugely friendly too. Genuinely one of the best things I’ve done.

This was a great experience, although for me it was not the best. My husband and children loved swimming in the ocean, using the company provided GoPro to film the seals and just being in the water. For me, it was a little too much. The odor from the seals home upset my stomach, the Atlantic Ocean was very cold so I was only able to stay in for about 7 minutes before getting out. But despite my troubles the divers were EXCELLENT!!l Very attentive and helpful to me while also being attentive to others. The calmed me and assured me that I had done well trying it and that I could always get back in or stay in the boat. I truly appreciated their care. My children were out in the ocean and the lifeguards kept a constant eye on them and swam with them to ensure they would be okay. I loved the way the trip ended with hot chocolate and cookies. It helped to get the salt water taste out of the mouth and the seal poo smell out of my nose!: I would definitely recommend. But if you have a little anxiety about snorkeling...just stay in the boat and watch!:

Excelente experiencia! Bella e inolvidable!!!! Todo estuvo muy bien organizado. Tuvimos la oportunidad de ver las focas en sus aguas y hasta vimos un elefante marino!! El agua estuvo fría pero los trajes funcionan muy bien
