I have used Viator extensively in my travels over the last few years. This was the first time that I had a negative experience. We arrived at the Hassan II Mosque and was incorrectly asked for an admittance fee. After I presented a copy of my voucher, we were admitted. At this point my guide disappeared. My private tour quickly became an "on your own tour". We had no one to tell us anything about the Mosque, its history, construction, hours of prayer, nothing. After a short visit of looking at something that we knew nothing about, we reconnected with the Driver. In the car, he was not very talkative, struggled with English and was really not much of a guide. He took us to a few markets and/or Bazaars where he dropped us off and waited for us to come back. Not very much of a guided tour. My experience with Viator has always been positive. I'm sure that this experience was an exception rather than the norm.

So Ma Baker, Bonnie and Clyde met up with Billy the Kid for a tour of Casablanca and what a great day we had. Billy was knowledgeable, helpful and was able to get us around Casablanca in a flash! We were even able to have Moroccan Tea and cookies in an action packed day. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can’t thank Billy who went over and above to look after us. Billy is a must for Casablanca and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time with him in this beautiful city.

We originally signed up to have Zaid give us a tour or Casablanca. Later we had him drive us to Marrakech and show us around there, and then out to Ourika to see the river and some more of the local areas. His knowledge of the areas, culture and people was very informative and entertaining. We would highly recommend using him for all parts of Morocco as he is great.
