We got there and boat was departing and couldn't get refunded. We were actually told by another desk person to stand in line then we're told we didn't have to stand in line which made us late

No body to tell you this is in catilina. We were unable to go and offices closed. We thought it was a boat to take you to Catalonia but instead you needed a ferry. Terrible couldn’t get money back.

Great for little kids to see some fish and boat around the cove! Enjoyed the short trip and got to see some fish even though the weather was not great!

The experience itself was good, small boat but we went on a Friday and it wasn’t full so gave us more space. Had windows which were able to open also helpful, your guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The tickets were confusing. It said we had to call a number to confirm our booking time and every time I called no one answered and no one called me back. I went to the window on the pier and the woman (Vicky) was very rude and told me they don’t deal with third parties and I would need to call. I said I think it was booked because it has a time and says to present vouchers and she said to keep trying to call. I spent 45 min calling, finally got ahold of the TripAdvisor rep because the viator wasn’t answering and Catalina island tour said it would have to be transferred to the same number, but the TripAdvisor rep said yes it is booked. Went back to the window and what do you know our tickets were there the entire time. Very frustrating and a waste of our day which she was very rude about. I also heard her telling me to come back the next day because the conditions weren’t good which set us up with low expectations but we saw a good amount.

26 miles across the Sea Santa Catalina is the place to be
2 California Native who’s last trip was 50 years ago. One Alabama friend visiting friends week. We had the best time just sitting and enjoying the great energy we left in good spirits Im coming back.
