We are so sorry you had a horrible experience. We will take your advice in regards to the wine offered. We like to give our guests time to create their fragrance. Because creating a personal fragrance can take time. So we don’t want to rush the process. There will be times that guests complete this step of the process in a shorter time frame and it seems like that was the case in your situation.
