    You will meet your guides by the boat docking area. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour time in case you run into traffic, use the restroom, etc. We start our tours on time. If you are not with your guide prior to tour time, you will miss your tour.

Large group sizes results in limited/zero assistance

I would not recommend. Too many people in the group, so received absolutely zero support from the 3 guides. My 9yr old son was clearly struggling lifting the kayak to take down to the boat ramp, and none of the guides offered to help. They left to explore the small beach without us, even though we were wading in the water where they told us to wait. They said they would take pictures, no pictures of us posted. The clear bottom kayak was better/more interesting but not worth the price. There seemed to be other similar tour company options with smaller group sizes and less expensive, so it might be worth considering before selecting this company.

Bioluminescence for sure, it was amazing!! It was awesome, we had a wonderful time. Guide guys (Rich & Patrick) were wonderful and funny, knowledgeable as well.

Communication Is Lacking

Our tour was cancelled due to weather but no one notified us. I had to keep calling the office and they were friendly but didn’t follow up as promised . We never received notification that our event was cancelled until 30 minutes after it was supposed to start. Refund was issued in a prompt manner. Not likely to return due to poor communication.

Hi Lisa. We have been experiencing very strange weather patterns over the last few weeks. We do our best to contact guests if it is a definite rain out. We give a 30 minute weather delay we try to get our tours launched if at all possible because it is such a beautiful experience. Sometimes mother nature doesn't cooperate. We hate it that we have to cancel, but sometimes it is unavoidable. We don't put our guests in harms way.
