What To Expect
After an early morning pick-up from your central Cordoba hotel, head south along route No. 5. Pass by the monument of Myriam Stefford Alta Gracia, La Bolsa, and Villa Ciudad de América, then climb through the Sierras Grandes, along a picturesque route of coniferous forests.
Pass through Villa Berna, before arriving in La Cumbrecita, in the heart of the Calamuchita Valley. Take time to stroll around the pretty village, reminiscent of a German alpine village with its car-free lanes, timber-fronted houses, and unique chapel.
Make a stop in the nearby mountain village of Villa General Belgrano, before heading back through the hills along the Curva del Viento (the Wind Curve), which affords spectacular views over the Los Molinos dam and lake.
Finally, arrive back in Cordoba in the evening, where your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.

We signed up for an English tour but the tour was in Spanish.
I believe the price of the Spanish tour was less expensive.

Our only disappointment was that we were told to be at our pick up spot at 9 am. Shuttle didn’t arrive until 9:40 am. It was never explained to us on what to expect. Either A van or large tour bus or if it would be identified by a logo. Standing for 40 minutes and having no idea what to look for was disturbing. That communication could use some improvement.
Otherwise, Our guide did a tour in both Spanish and English. We were happy to have the history and culture explained to us in English. We felt our guide did a great job. The van we were transported in was very clean and comfortable. We felt it was a fair price for the experience. We booked our tour though Viator. The tour was actually given by Nativo Viajes.

The tour company canceled the trip without notifying me or Viator. I found out by calling them when nobody picked me up. They did refund my payment, but I paid several hundred dollars on airfare and hotel to get to Cordoba - specifically to take this tour.
