What To Expect

The most memorable in our trip in Coron, Palawan is the ultimate tour that we had. Besides the beautiful places that we visit, we met a lot of people, local and foreigners, and became friends. We experienced cayakting, snorkel, and see the beautiful lagoon. We also love the the Zuri Resort Hotel that we stayed while we are in Coron, Palawan. All their food are delicious, even their breakfast buffet. There are so much variety of food to choose, even their drinks, fruits, breads, soup, pastas, omelet fresh cook and so many others. Even their service staff fantastic. Too many things to do in their hotel, you will not get bored. Hoping to come sooner.

Beautiful tour, lunch was delicious, definitely would recommend. Mask and snorkel rental was 150 PHP per person, kayaking cost extra Great swimming! Snorkeling was best at the coral gardens but the current was very strong

What a wonderful tour! Our guide Jade was amazing. We felt safe with him exploring different islands. They served us an amazing lunch as wells. We did Ultimate tour and by the end of the day we were ready to be on the shore! Haha. Wonderful memories created.

False advertising.

Viator advertised this package as including kayaking, however on the day the tour operator advised this was an additional payment and I had to pay extra. Viator then advised they wouldn’t provide a partial refund. This is false advertising. The tour operator was also 2 hours late for picking us up to begin.

This company was terrible. They went to the wrong hotel to pick us up. We tried to call them multiple times from the hotel phone, as well as WhatsApp they did not answer therefore, we missed the tour with them. Now they are giving me a lot of hassle about refunding my money even though it was their fault we missed the tour. They have poor customer service. I would not advise booking with this company and would book with somebody different.

Don‘t book anything from Viator, I paid the double tour price. You are able to book these tour in your hostel or hotel and it’s way cheaper, but you will get the same tour

The boat was clean, the seats were comfortable and the boat was not overcrowded. The staff was safety minded yet everyone has a great time. I really enjoyed the food and the lunch area. They made us an afternoon treat by cooking some Filipino Turron. The snorkeling was amazing. Christian the tour guide was excellent, very accommodating, he even volunteered to paddle for me in the kayak around the twin lagoons

This was one of our favorite tours in the Philippines! Lanz and his crew were so fun, and safety was a top priority. The lake was amazing!! I could have spent the entire day there. The food was really great, and if you're lucky you might see a turtle!

Pros: Tour guide and staff were very kind and entertaining. Saw a lot of places in one day. Felt safe the entire time. Cons: No towel provided, no water provided, no snacks provided, no snorkel gear provided. Every little thing was extra charge. Should’ve spent more time at twin lagoon and the main attractions instead of rushing to every little spot.

Good thing about doing a shared tour is gaining new friends. It just adds up to the experience of adventure and the beauty of the place. Very funny tour guides which adds up to the fun. A must tour if you're into meeting new people while enjoying and discovering Coron islands.

I would have given it a 4 or 5 but 1. The tour was way too crowded to a point where my daughter was sitting was not a bench. 2. We were packed like sardines on the boat. 3. The makeshift toilet was smelled so bad. 4. The life vest needs upgrading. The good part. 1. The food that was prepared was very good (kudos to the chef) 2. The snack prepared (turon) was the best I've tasted. The guide was okay. Other than that the place that we visited was absolutely amazing and that made up the negative part. But I would like for the operator to do some upgrading. I would recommend this tour but not the operator.

Had a great time. Met some amazing people and the tour guides were very funny and fun to be around for the day. The day was packed with a lot of fun and I saw so much - honestly a great day overall and the views, kayaking, and snorkeling cannot be beat!

Nice stop but book directly with the boat

The island were really nice, but the boat was overbooked (we didn’t have seat to seat) and we had to pay 200 more each because they decided to go to another spot. We didn’t make a stop at the CYC and Atwayan beaches and we had to pay for it. That bit was really disappointing. The staff was nice and, overall, we had a good day. But it’s expensive for what you get. You can pay and book directly with the boat at the pier, it will be a better experience. And be careful with the masks, they didn’t give us back our deposit as stated in the description.

We didn’t leave until 9:30am, but Mhel, our tour guide was very helpful. Ou package supposed to include snacks, but we did not get any. Not sure if it’s truly included.

No one took our request about eating seafood only at lunch so we ended up with no lunch the whole trip they only had 4 fish for 16 persons which is not logic Other than that the tour guide was very helpful and we had an amazing experience
