The transfer is possible by request,from hotels in Golf del Sur, Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Adeje areas,Playa Paraiso, Callao Salvaje and Alcalá only. Pick up times vary between 20min to 1 hour before the sailing time. We will respond shortly after your request with the actual time of pick up.

- Pick up and return to your hotel on request. Please note there is no pick-up from Puerto de la Cruz or the north of the island. Pick-up is available in the South of Tenerife. Please request your pick-up a minimum of 24 hours prior to your departure.
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Life-vests available for all passangers.
- Infants must sit on laps

This was our favorite part of our trip to Tenerife! The boat was great and clean and fit us all very easily. We saw whales shortly after leaving the dock and some of them got sooo close! However, the best part was the crew. They were funny, laid-back, and very accommodating. The food was wonderful too! Hands down, a great experience.

Absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. Went on a dolphin watching tour and we got the sightings. The ride was smooth and we made a short stop in an area with a group of dolphins. It was so fascinating to watch them travel together. We also had the opportunity to swim in the open water. It was such a lovely time! Highly recommended.

This trip exceeded all my expectations. Staff were great, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We saw plenty of Whales, Dolphins and Turtles which was amazing. Plenty of room on the Catamaran. We were picked up and returned to our hotel. The company messaged me the day before to confirm the pick up time, great service. Tapas and drinks were plentiful. Overall great value for money, definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous afternoon yesterday with Andreas, Michael and Danielle - nothing was too much trouble. Spotted some pilot whales but no dolphins this trip. The buffet was very good and Cava was flowing.

Professional and engaged crew! Loved our 3h at sea! We spotted pilot whales and dolphins 🐬 🥂 and enjoyed a swim at a remote beach. All in all beautiful experience!

Very well organised excursion! Small group, great lunch and choice of drinks, clean catamaran. Pick up and drop off perfect. We were able to see dolphins and whales thanks to the guide and driver skills.
