Outside the gates of the cruise ship terminal, take a taxi to the Blue Kay Ecocabañas, a 5' drive, $ 4 USD per pax. The driver will take you to the Blue Kay parking area, in front of the reception. Walk towards the seawalk, the dive center on the right, close to the restaurant, about 90 feet away.

Dive crew was knowledgeable. Visibility was great. Lots of marine life and good coral color. Would definitely come back again.
