    Was a lovely day out, hot weather. The place we went was good did learned a lot about cozumel culture. And the tour guy Alex was very friendly. Super day

    the tour guide and bus driver were very knowledgeable. They were also very courteous. Enjoyed the open top, plus the weather was perfect!! We thoroughly enjoyed it!!

    The guide Naidley was absolutely luy perfect. She is knowledgeable, kind, funny and friendly. She has our group of 8 alone after the company said they had no room for us til 1030.We purchased tickets thru Viator because the Norwegian ship excursion was sold out. We all had tickets, we got emails and texts several times confirming when we would arrive. We made plans based on this adventure and the times. We stood by tour operator booth. I had to warn others not to sign up when walking up. I am glad they finally came thru and gave us a private tour on the bus after almost 1.5 hours. Naidley really did make us forget all about it with her wonderful attitude.
