Clear Boat Excellent ~ ATV Be Warned!!

Our guide Sergio was excellent! Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the ATV ride left A LOT to be desired. We were the only ones on that part of the tour, and now I know why. You LITERALLY rode through a dump, yes garbage piles. The ride was rough and there was nothing to see but rocks, dirt, broken down vehicles and large garbage piles. I thought it was more of a jungle / beach ride. Not even close. The clear boat was amazing and a lot of fun. We stopped at a tequila tasting and small tour which was interesting. Lunch was ok...not great. The beach itself was very nice and offered a lot to do. I would do it again ~ less the ATV ride.

While the atv and tequila tasting was a blast, I wish I could’ve given this 5 stars. I did the snorkeling, clear boat tour as well.. however at the end when it came time to view photos taken by the guide when I paid with my Apple Pay through my Apple wallet the lady said it didn’t go through, however I have a charge, usually if it didn’t go through I get a refund within 24 hours to my Apple Pay balance, however it’s been more than 24 hours, and I still have a charge BUT no photos. I reached out via phone to the tour location, they said they had To check accounting. Even though I sent the proof of charge via email, like they advised Me to do when I initially made The purchase. Again, still no photos. This was for my birthday; and I didn’t get any pics in the water, due to me expecting the photos the guide took.

ATV and clear boat excursion

The clear boat and snorkeling on this tour was great, saw lots of fish and rode over the sunken ship. Jorge was amazing, and made sure we got to all the meeting points. He was great company and engaged us in conversations. I wasn't a big fan of the atv ride, we had to share one, and being on the back wasn't comfortable. Jorge did take us through some jungle but it was mostly quarry. We did have an extra stop at the tequila factory where we got to taste some and learn how it's made. Our last stop was at the beach club where we had a really nice lunch (chicken fajitas) and got to relax on the beach. Overall, we had a good time.

Gave what was offered but nothing special

To be fair, the tour did present what was offered, it was just not presented in a great way. It was bring you here, do this, but with no history or context or continuity. I could have gone on a glass bottom boat tour on my own by stopping at the desk on the street and I wouldn't have missed anything. I really just felt like we had hired a driver and not a tour guide and tour company. Drivers were both on their phones while driving the whole way.

The excursion was very well organized, and we had a blast! Our guide, Jorge, was fantastic and treated us so well. Jose Carlos, our boat guide, was excellent as well. We felt like we saw a good chunk of Cozumel in just a few hours. We would highly recommend this excursion to anyone!

Not impressed. Not organized and the ride was through what looked like a city dump. The clear boat ride was good. The food was good. The pools were gray and murky.

Snorkeling and the ATV experience were our favorite parts. When we first arrived, things seemed a little unorganized. Our guide wasnt sure where to take us. We thought the ATVs were first, but ended up doing the boat first. The crew on the boat were very nice and helped me with my motion sickness by giving me tips on things that would help. They were very courteous in helping people on and off the boat. After the boat we walked to catch a taxi. We ended up in a taxi with part of a family. Their family was split up. Hopefully they found each other. Our ATV guide was also awesome. Very courteous in opening my door for me and showing us around and tellung us what will happen next and where we need to meet him after our activity. Once the tour was going it was great. Definitely need to keep an open mind when traveling and not stress over things out of our control. Everything will work out.

My family chose this excursion because it's kind of a 6 in 1 experience if you're able to get the full experience. Pros: - Our guide Victor was really cool and down to earth and gave us an AWESOME ATV adventure. It was the most memorable part of the excursion. The terrain is the real deal and you will probably get a little muddy but we loved it! - The Tequila Tour was an extra plus. It was great learning about how Tequila is produced and we now have a greater respect for the process and AUTHENTIC Tequila. - The Clearboat experience was provided through a separate vendor and once we got on the boat the wait was well worth it. It was super windy but so much fun and absolutely breathtaking. It is also a REAL CLEAR BOAT. I've been on others that were a literal circle window in the floor. Also DRINKS ARE INCLUDED. - Having a photographer follow us on our ATVs to take live shots was short of genius and we'll worth the $10 per person they charged for roughly 60 photos. The photos were great quality 👌🏽 Cons: - The ATVs were double occupancy and that wasn't transparent at booking. - There was a small walk from our meeting point to the ATV location so prepare for a bit of walking and paperwork before the fun begins. -The Clearboat experience was with a different vendor that partnered with the host company but it took a full hour before the tour started which was a bit frustrating. If you want to enjoy the beach and skip to lunch, I would skip the Clearboat. - The pickup was pretty smooth to start the ATV tour but we had to call the vendor to send someone to pick us up as no one was waiting for us after the Clearboat tour ended. This caused us to have to meet our family at the beach late and we had to rush to eat our fajitas. The procedure to get your food once you reach the beach isn't very clear either, but the food was very good. Drinks not included. Overall... Even though it wasn't perfect, this was an awesome tour and I highly recommend it. You can tell the owner and the team are hardworking and genuine and the team really accommodated our family by providing scooters, jeeps and other cool cars to transport us as needed. Well worth the value!

Not Entirely As Described

Meeting our guide was easy & convenient. We were very disappointed, however, to learn that ATVs were double occupancy. Due to previous ATV tours with other companies, we assumed that each person in our party (each person paid the same full price) would each drive their own ATV, but this was not the case. There were 7 in our party, so 6 had to double up. This was not communicated in this tour’s description. Goggles are not included (& cost extra) & the staffers highly encouraged the purchase of their bandanas to wear around your mouth & neck so some in our group purchased these but they ended up being totally unnecessary. The ATV route & guide (Balthazar) were very good & included an awesome variety of terrains. Also, the photographer, Brian, did an amazing job. Of course digital pictures cost an extra $55 but it was well worth it. Included in this tour we purchased was a clear boat ride & snorkeling. 4 of us were driven to the clear boat office by Balthazar but the rest of our group were transported in another car & a member of another tourist group (so a fellow tour participant!) was asked by the tour company to drive one of the tour company’s cars! We waited an hour for our clear boat tour to begin. Once on the clear boat, it was an awesome experience & well worth the cost. Those in our party who snorkeled had a great time! The boat captain & assistant were very customer oriented & attentive. Balthazar said he would be there waiting for us when we finished the boat tour. He was not. We waited 1 hour. We tried to call the tour company several times (the recording in their voice mail was only in Spanish) & finally after about the 3rd try, got a hold of someone in the office. She was surprised that Balthazar was not there & told us she would reach out to him & call us right back. She never called back. We finally ended up hailing a taxi to get back to the cruise port. A chicken fajita lunch was included in this tour, which we were not able to enjoy due to not being picked up after the boat tour.

The Atv portion was fantastic! We had to wait about an hour after that for the Clearwater portion..that sucked. The boat was cool...but too long of a trip with screaming kids...couldn't go to the beach and lunch portion because too late for cruise return. We wanted to shop a bit in Cozumel.

Our tour guide dinero was amazing and it was so easy to communicate with everyone . This is an amazing value . The clear boat was beautiful and the atv through the jungle was fun!!! The tequila museum was the icing on the cake ! Plus the yummy food

Hi, this is a must tour. Our tour man Johnathan was amazing. He went on and beyond to ensure our safety and fun was on point! The Atv ride was super fun, the camera man took some amaxing pictures throughout the ride. The clear boat ride with Casper and Captain David was amazing. The ride was just breathtaking. Casper also taking beautiful pictures and the snorkel was cool... just a note to take in.... there are alot of tropical fishes.... really close to you lol. There was a tequila tour and private beach entrance with lunch included. The chicken quesadillas and fajita were on point!! My sis cut her toe in one of the pools which ended the tour.... we missed out on the kayaking, and chocolate tour but by this time we were pretty much done from the activities. Thanks again Jonathan!! ✌️💪
