Overview

STOP!!!!! You need not to look anymore! Everything was PERFECT. No hassle, no hidden fees just a great excursion! If you can, ask for FÍSI as your guide. Extremely personable, a local with tons of info and knowledge about the island and history of the island. We read tons of reviews like most and stop after reading reviews about this company!

Overpriced

Personally, when we got to the destination we found that a lot of the snorkel/cenote/atv tours were a fraction of the price we paid. Our tour guide also wasn't knowledgeable when we got to the cenote. We didn't swim in the cenote as it looked muggy and gross.

We booked a tour for 4 wheelers, snorkeling and cenotes. 4 wheeling was basically done on a frontage road trail. Not much adventure. Snorkeling was cancelled due to wind. Instead we were taken to a lighthouse. Was nice but really no comparison. Lunch was very lite, kids were all still starving. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind. However for the price would not recommend and did not think we got our moneys worth at all. Disappointed

Great value! ATV ride, tequila tasting, snorkeling, lunch, and beach access all included! We were originally booking for the ATV tour. Honestly, that was the worst part of the experience. The ATV fleet is in horrible shape. The jade cenote cavern was interesting with tons of bats. This tour gives a good "sampler" experience for key things to do in Cozumel at a great price. We booked a longer snorkeling event with another company.

Taxi fee is high, a little disorganized, but fun tour!!

Jacoba was a good guide and we had a lot of fun. He made sure we were safe throughout the tour. The only complaints we had were that we thought snorkeling was after the atv trip and it was before it, so we weren’t really prepared to swim first thing in the morning. Also after we got back, Jacoba showed us to a table and pretty much dropped us off and left us there with no instruction of what we were supposed to do from there. Lastly, pictures were taken while we were on the atvs and nobody told us how to purchase these and we forgot after we left. I emailed them and haven’t heard anything back. Side note: they say taxis are $12, but the lowest price we found was $20 each way so just be prepared for that!

ATV”ing was good didn’t get to snorkel

The ATV”ing was a blast! It was my girlfriends first time out of th county and we chose to do this as a way to see the what Cozumel has to offer. We loved the cenote and rhonni was a great tour guide. The con was that we didn’t get to go snorkeling as we were combined with another group and we’re told 2pm. The boat failed to arrive by 2:30 and our boat left at 4:30. Due to the time restraints we couldn’t go snorkeling which is something I as looking forward too. My only recommendation is make sure you have you times correct so everybody can go at the said time! Other then that it was a good trip!

Great excursion but be prepared $$

Once we arrived at Tortugas Beach Club, we were greeted by our Tour Guide Miguel (aka Barny). He showed us around the facility and described the events of what our excursion included. We proceeded to the area where the ATV excursion was and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and small town that we passed through. My husband and I thought that there would be other people joining our excursion but the tour ended up being just us two which was nice because it felt like a personal tour. We enjoyed the Jade Cenote and visiting the historical El Cedral. The Snorkeling part of our tour was nice as well but felt a little too short for the time allotted. We were also introduced to Tequila tasting. Be warned that the Tequila you are served for tasting may not be the same if you purchased a bottle to bring home with you. Also, make sure you double check the rate you are charged in pesos. I was quoted that I would be charged the amount equal to $95 USD but was charged a bit more. There are a few things that I should've been more prepared for and that was to bring significant amounts of $1 , $5, and $10 USD bills. They WILL NOT give you any change in US dollars. Also, there were a few people who kept pestering for tips. I would still recommend this excursion but just be prepared for those little nuances that you may come across.

We had amazing time!! The ATV were great and we went to a cave which was good too. The service was great I love the food and open bar with our package. We opted out of the snorkeling, we wanted to go shopping and explore more.

We had a blast. Loved our guide, loved the cenotes. Loved the beautiful view. Unfortunately we got to see the beach but not access it. The drinks were watered down and any food not involved in “the package” is pretty expensive. $18 for guac and chips that were not that good.

False Advertisement

Our tour guide, Carlos was fantastic!! However, we paid for mud kicking and only rode in dirt for 10 minutes. We rode up the street to a cave and back. No mud at all! It was 14 people in my group and we would've never paid a large sum to ride for 10 minutes. This advertisement is very misleading. I will not be using this company again.

ATV & Snorkeling in Cozumel

I am not the best person to rate this ATV experience because we vacationed many summers in Colorado and would travel by ATV in the mountains. So this was not that, but, it was a nice quick ATV ride on a (ours was a dirt road) to a cave. And around the small community in the forest area. We had a chance to shop a few outdoor market shops and then took the jeep over to where we snorkeled and ate lunch. The snorkeling was by far my favorite part of this excursion. I have never seen so many different kinds of fish. The lunch was right after the snorkeling, the last part of the excursion. Our guide Arturo was very nice and patient. Be prepared to tip, everyone.

We Had an Awsome Time with Arturo. It was only two of us and him. So we were fortunate enough to have a private tour of the island. The tequila tasting and education about the island were great. We enjoyed snorkeling, and driving Atvs. We didn't eat the food, but food and a drink is included in your tickets. Book this tour you will get your money's worth. And ask for Arturo! And please tip him!

Our group of 16 had a wonderful time riding the ATV'S. We would like to have more time on them. So much fun. Great tour if you enjoy some off roading adventure. Beautiful snorkeling as well.

If you like ATV riding, this is a fun drive to a beautiful natural destination, a cenote in the jungle. You do have to drive yourself in a jeep they provide at Tortugas Beach club for 15 minutes each way to the ATV start point. After ATV ride was some tequila tasting. The beach club provided a good lunch and a great short snorkel trip, or just local swimming or kayaking if you prefer. You must take a 15-minute taxi ride from the cruise dock to Tortugas and back.

Claudio was one of our tour guides and he kept us in stitches… laughing and relaxed for 5 hours straight. He is very entertaining and there was never a dull moment. Everyone felt welcome in our group because of Claudio.

We had a blast! We started with the snorkeling and resort area. Loved the inflatables on water at the resort. The boat for snorkeling was nice and well maintained and had everything needed for snorkeling. The ATV ride was fun and loved going to see a Cenote. The Taquila testing was a good experience as well. It was easy to find a van taxi that fit 8 of us to get to the start of the excursion from the ship!

Our guides made these experiences so wonderful. Friendly + informative. ATVs into the jungle. I jumped in a cenote from 25ft above. We saw wildlife. Our snorkel tour was awesome. I even got to see a barracuda. Our meal + happy hour at Tortuga’s was awesome. I even got to snorkel near the dock some more.

Our experience was fantastic. my tour guide was Rich and he was very helpful and entertaining. I will probably will reach back as we did not have the opportunity to see the photo the took and would love to get them. I guess since everything is time sensitive completely forgot to ask for them.
