* 6 hours prior to ride we provide the driver's contact information to our customers. * 2 hours before the ride we will send the specific meeting location to our customers. * Any changes or updates can be done at least 24 hours before the ride to the same drop-off areas we go for other sites is not guaranteed and you need to call directly to quote a new ride. *Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. * Infant seats are available subject to availability not guarantee (ask for them at special request) * Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate 60 minutes waiting time for airport pick-up For international flights, you may take extra time at immigration and customs, if this is your case, please be advised that for sure you will need an extra hour and a half.
