We had the best experience with our transfer from Cusco airport. Our flight was delayed which made us miss the connection when we were to be picked up. Transfer from Cusco Airport was able to pivot to pick us up on the rescheduled flight and didn’t charge us extra. Such nice service!!

Easy communication through WhatsApp. Got confirmation that the transport would be at the airport to pick us up immediately after booking. As promised, the driver was there with a sign with my name and a logo. The car was small and a little dated but it was clean and ran well. You’ll find there aren’t any flashy vehicles here in Cusco anyways. The woman who met me knew English well enough to give us recommendations about adjusting to the elevation. I don’t think the driver was bilingual but he navigated the crazy streets without difficulty. They brought us right to our hotel doorstep as promised. I would use them again!

Highly recommend arranging your ride from Cusco airport. It is kinda confusing/ chaotic at the airport exit, especially if you are a first timer. But having our ride prearranged made it easy. They driver had a sign with our name and was waiting for us outside. Very inexpensive and seamless.

The car didn’t have air conditioning and the excuse is covid while the passenger have to endure the noise, smog and heat. Car was old and not well maintained. Too expensive compared with a Taxi you can get at the airport. Very disappointing. Make sure they have air conditioning before booking.
