This is an entry ticket to Al Maha Transit Lounge, not include Meet & Assist Service and pickup service.
The service content and operation of the lounge are subject to adjustment or change without prior notice.
Reclining chairs, shower facilities and family or quiet areas are available on a first come, first served basis. Please note, sleeping facilities are not available in the lounge. Currently, Al Maha Lounge does not offer a pre-booking priority service.
During the peak season, access may be restricted due to capacity constraints. You may have to wait in line to get in. And food supplies may not keep up. Please be patient and understanding.
The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.

Disappointing breakfast’s

There was only 1 option for the cooked breakfast, disappointing. I don’t like cheese so I couldn’t eat the cheesy omelette. My husband did but wasn’t too impressed.

Difficult to get in with ticket

Took 30min to gain access as lounge claimed that bar code was not validated. QR code was requested but never received. Once on the lounge it was fine but then only had 45min so not long enough for money spent

Ok but not worth it

Sorry to say but there wasn’t a shower free and never got to the food and drink as only had 20 mins to get in and out as had to check into next flight so was waste of money and time !

Awesome staffs at Al Maha Lounge

Fabulous staffs. Girl at reception was beyond helpful and kind. Truly appreciate her thoughtfulness. I was at the lounge around 2 am on 30th Sept. I hope she gets to read this. Pity I forgot to ask her name to thank her. Attending staff Market Magetico was also great and efficient. I will use this lounge from now on whenever I transit via Doha.

Don’t do it!

Customer Service was horrible! Booked with Viator, showed paid and confirmed email, had an email from viator to confirm booking and they did not honor it. Places smelled like smoke! poor selection and minimal selection of food.

We booked on 8/6/23 and for 06/7/23 La Maha couldn’t find our booking for a long time and then they did, in June. In July they said the same thing and wouldn’t let us in. We paid in advance , we were left for 3 hours unable to buy water or anything! We are disgusted by this and demand a full refund. My husband is 83 and I am 73!

Not worth it

First of all no one was waiting for me when my flight arrived! I was not able to collect luggage and after one hour between the Qatar Airport counter and al maha finally QA member was able to get my luggage and send it to my other flight . Al Maha was so busy and no space to rest they keep taking people. The variety of food wasn’t good . And finally when I arrived my destinationI was sick and I found that my selfie stick was taken from my suitcase!! Never again repeat that mistake!

Sorry, I have to explain to you, this is an entry ticket to Al Maha Transit Lounge, not include Meet & Assist Service and pickup service. and you said your selfie stick was taken from your suitcase, I suggest you to complain to Airlines Company directly. Doha Airport is a very busy airport, Al Maha Transit Lounge is always popular for transit passengers, you may wait for a while during busy hours, because capacity reaches the maximum.

wir hatten einen 4 Stundenslot gebucht. Die rechte Seite vom Eingagn war etwas gemütlicher. Das Buffet hätte gerne etwas vielfältiger sein können. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend.
