    The best experience in Qatar during the World Cup. The best information about the city and the country. Knowledge, experience and great service. Totally recommended.
    Worst tour ever

    This was the worst tour ever , the tour guy had no idea dinner was included.. Viator representative made us book several tours with the exact itinerary. It was an headache while on vacation trying to get help with a refund because of the time difference. I feel if I book a tour with Viator they should look out for their customers especially when they are in a foreign country. I pray they do the right thing and give me my refund because I will contact my credit company and file a complaint.

    Hello Linda, We are sorry about your experience. It seems you didn't know what the tour includes. You were complaining on tour that you already had seen all the places from the tour itinerary. The guide explained to you that there's an itinerary that he sticks to, but if you wanted just dinner, he would take you to the cafe. You refused and asked to go to hotel We are not sure what you expected, but we have the tour itinerary written down on the tour page, which you could have made yourself familiar before booking the tour. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
