Pickup details

Traveler pickup is offered. we pick up each client in the lobby of their hotel or Meeting Point. Transportation: Bus or white van. And also the driver will be at the hotel with a list of each name of each clients. If your hotel is not listed or you are staying at an Airbnb, we can arrange a nearby meeting point for pickup. We can welcome you directly at the departure ranch if you choose to get there on your own. Pickup time and details will be advised via email 24 hours before the excursion.

Great day. Driver that picked us up was very sweet and friendly. Once we got to the ranch, we were given tutorial by Charlie who helped answer questions and show us the ropes with the ATV. It was so much fun and great stops at the coffee/ Chocolate ranch, the cenote, and to see the beautiful Macaeo Beach. It was hot, but helped having some spots to cool down along the way. It was my mom’s first time on an ATV and she absolutely loved it. Highly recommend anybody try this tour

The most memorable parts of this excursion were driving the ATV's through the countryside. Chris at the rum plantation was very funny very informative and the hot chocolate was incredible probably some of the best in the world I've ever had and I've been to Switzerland. The Cenote' was very nice however if you have any sort of knee issues or back issues it is very hard to get in and out of jumping in the cenote' needed more time there Macao Beach was nice I wish we would have had more time there as well. all the stops were very nice ..the major issue was people trying to sell us whatever handmade jewelry there was there was some artwork which was nice however it was the hard sell which really turned us off of going anywhere it's the next step what are they going to try to sell us can we enjoy what we wanted to see or do we have to brush off annoying peddlers . I spoke with Charlie the tour operator beforehand he told me who the driver was very nice guy very informative made sure we had everything we needed for the ATVs I strongly suggest wearing sunglasses and bringing a bandana just so dirt doesn't get into your mouth. overall it was a pleasant experience.

The atv ride was actually really fun. Chris was a good guide. The issues was transportation and also the organization of the trip. The first time we did not get picked up and decided to try again since we were on vacation. The 2nd time we experienced the wrong transport and it wasn't on schedule as promised. It actually lasts about 4 .5-5 hours, not 3-4 hours.

completely false. The issue is that you were intense because you want to do everything quickly and when you finished the excursion you wanted the driver return you to the hotel without waiting for the others clients. and the tour is shareable, it is not private.

Great fun! The ride, plantation experience, Macao Beach all brilliant! Me personally would drop the visit at the cave just to spend more time at the beautiful beach, staff very pleasant and take good care of you.

Charlie was a great host, was very helpful and thought of the needs of all the guests throughout the excursion. He was very accommodating for the entirety of the adventure and would highly recommend him and this experience.

Our guide Charlie was just the best! The ATV’s were in top notch shape…the experience was simply amazing!!! We definitely will be doing this again the next time we’re in PC. I recommend everyone try this out

We had a great guide and it was long and hot but a lot of fun! Our guide Felix was good and made sure we were ok while riding. If we yelled, he stopped immediately. No complaints. Just be careful of the people on the side of the road while riding asking for money.

Felt like the programme were very rushed . Took us to a market where a man tried to sell aggressively his stuff . Cave is an absolute shock.don t expect blue water .

It was somewhat enjoyable. Very very slow paced though. We had a number of atv’s/utv’s break down in our group. However, that seems common because we passed like 5 from other groups also broke down in the middle of the path. It was fun getting to drive though.

We cannot drive more than the will indicated for the excursion, because there is a control for the safety of the passengers.

It was a fun experience, pretty organized they picked us up from the resort. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the kids running behind us and begging, was heartbreaking and annoying at the same time bc they did not stop. The cave was ok and kinda creepy.

It as very nice be able to roam free, and discover new places. People were very welcoming and friendly and always eager to help. A few Suggestion Share some of the wealth with the community; this might improve their living situation and might stop the beggars. A tunnel or overpass thru the highway is a most; it is totally unacceptable that the traffic has to be stopped whenever the off roads vehicles are crossing the road. Offer treats or snacks to feed the dogs and cows; this is an excellent opportunity to increase revenue while feeding the animals at the same time.

Was a very nice time and seemingly well managed. The driver didn’t confirm my name so I was scared I had gotten on the wrong bus. But overall the trip was definitely worth the money.

My daughters & I been wanting to do this activity for a while now. Fortunately, everything went quite well. Staffs at their office and drivers to hotel & vice versa were genuinely nice even if language can be challenging, as expected. We love our ATV. Such a memorable time with my children, indeed. This excursion was really an amazing experience for my husband and I. So much fun and the tour guide was great! We didn’t stay too long at each stop maybe 10-15 min each but I didn’t mind because I was there for the riding experience. Highly recommend when traveling to Punta Cana.

We was picked up from our hotel on time. Although the driver didn’t have AC in the van and refused to open the windows, when we arrived at the location we were greeted by our tour guide, Jay. Jay is the best!!! He took my party on a private tour. He was very attentive and super helpful and protective when it came to locals approaching/communicating with us(this was much appreciated since we were an all female group)! The chocolate/coffee/mamajuana tasting was nice and the staff at that shop was friendly. Charlie, who is the owner also was in communication with us prior to the excursion because one of my friends needed to change her reservation. He was responsive and changed it with no problem. He also showed up and greeted us as we were preparing to ride the ATV’s. I would 100% visit again when i come back to Punta Cana!!
