Worst Experience ever!!! Trip was 90% of the time with a mini van that you can see in the pictures. Trip was cut short, 5 min dune baching. 2 h waiting for the shows because of that. Everybody rude and trying to scam you.

Dear Mr. Daniel , Regarding for your tour we provide 4x4 pick and drop and for the dune bashing its not a 5minutes ,and about the show will start after sunset. For the SCAM word excuse for that they are selling only souvenir . Around 5:00pm same day of your tour we got an email from VIATOR that you requested for refund and the reason is you found a cheap tour. Thanks for your feedback Sir Best Regards, Liezel

"You pay for the package, but upon arrival, you discover that there are separate areas that require additional payment. There's a push to pay for everything separately, the food is very typical, and for those not accustomed to the local cuisine, having a plan B for dinner after the tour might be better. As for the safari, I thought I was going to die... but it was interesting and quite intense, haha."

Ok everything started ok driver was actually early. We headed off about an hours drive to the camp - nice comfortable car - driver was pleasant didn’t say much. You could tell immediately everything was hard sell with guys pestering you to relieve you of your money - our sons did the quad bikes and really enjoyed it. After this we drove a bit more along the never ending highways before arriving at our destination where our driver took some lovely pictures of us and the sunset. After this we had about 20 mins of dune bashing which we all enjoyed. We then arrived at the camp where the hard sell was off the scale. They had a premium area for dinner and a cheap area and we had booked the cheap one - the food was awful, bad presentation, seating was awful , and again lots of guys trying to sell you food, even one guy who has taken pictures of us when we arrived offered us the photos for 300 AED (€75) - such a rip off . The entertainment was very average and we left early and our driver didn’t seem to mind - we had about an hours drive back to our hotel - overall a terrible experience which I wouldn’t recommend though I can understand why nearly everybody that visit s Dubai does this activity. The people that run this would need to take a good look at what they are providing and could even charge more for a better service - cheers

Horrible food- the service sucked and no proper seating arrangements. False marketing as there was hardly any non veg. The food was daal and rice. Tasteless food and sand dunes trip was for about 15 mins. Not as promised.

Car driver was great. We ride one hour after first meeting time. Rides on Dunes was excelent. Sunset photo was great. In camp , hmmm, if you would better meal, must upgrade, camel ride Ok but must upgrade if you want photo, sandboard was broken partly. People at camp was very kind.

Dommage que nous ayons été aussi pressé tout le temps car le moment était magique. Le guide nous demandait toujours de nous dépêcher. Alors que depuis notre hôtel, nous avons perdu 1h30 à aller chercher les autres. Quand on part les premiers, normalement on descend les premiers. 3h de transport..... Spectacle sympathique. Balade en chameau de 1 minute. Bien mais peut mieux faire.
