ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The staff, the experience! They made coming to Dubai extra special! One of our guest left their designer shades at the Safari Spot. I made a call. The next day they delivered them back to him! To notch service!
A money grab

We found this tour disappointing and a little annoying. Our tour guide - Mr Nawaz was not very welcoming when we got picked up, we were the oldest of the group of 5 and got stuck in the dicky seat in the back the whole time which made for getting in and out very tiresome ! We stopped on the way for a "toilet" stop but felt like it was a relative's shop and so got pushed constantly to buy whilst in the shop. We stopped at the dune buggy place, saw the horrific site of a starved horse with bones protruding and got harassed to buy scarfs the whole time we were there. Fortunately we did get the option to not take part in that, it was too bad we did not get the option to take part in the sand dune bashing, it was scary and I was told when I booked that it was optional, we both have back issues and would have preferred to not take part at all. Stopping to clean the car wasted about an hour at someones shop again ! The best thing was the Bedouin camp, although once there it was very rushed, we missed activities as there was not enough time to do everything they list, we barely had time to eat our dinner and watch the show before it all ended. I would suggest you take those who want to do the sand dune bashing after you arrive at the Bedouin camp so those who want to partake in all those activities at the camp get to enjoy them.
