Well maintained, quiet space with helpful team. Plenty of seating and did not become too crowded when I was there (late evening). Let down by awful food. Could also have some amenities available in the shower rooms.

The lounge was terribly noisy, food was cold, and very hard to find the lounge. Drinks are supposed to be included but had to pay for champagne. Certainly not worth what we had to pay, would not recommend or go to it again

Unfortunately- only convenient if you are going in/out of the “A” portion of terminal 3 - otherwise difficult to get to and according to security in the “B” part of terminal 3 you need to go through passport control. Was a total waste of money and since you can’t find out you can’t use it until after you get to the airport, you can’t cancel and get a refund.

So very disappointing. Stayed in one in New Zealand maybe you should take at look at that one as it leaves Dubai hands down

I had a six hout stopover in Dubai and by going to the lounge I was able to get a proper sleep. Much better than waiting at the gate for a connection.

Although I was able to benefit from the use of a shower in the lounge the food and beverages were very limited. Overall I found it extremely disappointing and poor value for money.

The service was good but for the money the food and drinks are limited to other lounges I’ve stayed there was a short selection of drinks unless you paid more and limited food aswell the Wi-Fi is poor also

i had `10 hours to fill and the comfort food and drink was great and i had a shower i found it hard to find in the huge terminal and maybe some better directions would have helped to find it sooner it took quite a while to check in even tho i had pre paid but one inside it was great and staff were very helpful

Our connecting flight to Hyderabad, India had a layover of 8 hours; this, after a 16 hour non-stop flight from SFO. After an arduous journey, the Plaza Premium Lounge at the Dubai airport provided an ideal set-up to relax and recharge ourselves with culinary delight in an ambient atmosphere. A real get away and a relaxation point for itinerant travelers. Overall, a value for money.
