I wish I had chose another company

That did come pick us up from our hotel but when we got to turn Marina we had to pay the guy on the golf cart to take us to the dock. Then we had to pay again to get back to our transportation. They should’ve told us that upfront. The car needed work, the driver seat was broke and I could barely reach the pedal. And lastly the photos were way overpriced. $300 USD just to airdrop to an iPhone! Beyond ridiculous!

However will make sure this will be communicated to the guest clearly in advance to avoid any confusions. Vehicle Condition: I'm sorry to hear that the car you were provided had issues, including a broken driver's seat. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We have taken this matter to admiration so that it can be addressed promptly. Pricing for Photos: The standard photos and videos are included in the package however additional professional photos are optional choice .
