This was a Lovely trip , all the staff were very friendly and formative . It was an hour trip so that was perfect for us We met at the xclusive office and it all ran very well and we were kept informed at all times to when we would be boarding Highly recommend ****

Booked the 1 hour trip, was supposed to leave at 2pm but didn't leave until after 2:20 went out as far as the wheel and stopped for 15 mins and came back in, absolute rip off I could have walked out to the wheel and saw the same, said it to guy and he said it was because of the weather , it was a beautiful day 🌞 😊, highlight of this trip was the bottle of water when we were getting off.

We booked onto this for 12 pm and we got there and they said they have 4 pm only and as we couldn’t do this time due to our flight being later on and they put us on a speed boat but we wanted a chilled boat with a tour
