    Beautiful garden. Amazing sculptures and great shops. Loved that it was a self-paced tour so you could take your time and enjoy the sites.

    Upon arrival the security staff scanned my Bar Code and told us this ticket is for Butterfly Gardens so in order to go to Miracle Garden we had to buy the new Ticket despite showing him that the ticket was for Miracle Garden he said no it doesn’t scan… we literally had to buy 2 new tickets at the entrance… the worst part was when we finished the Miracle Garden Tour we then was forced to go to Butterfly Garden so we could use our online Ticket. We had to walk 10-15 minutes from Miracle Gardens to Butterfly Garden and at the gate the security guy dined the excess to Butterfly Gardens said the ticket we had was for Miracle Garden and at that point I was very disappointed and frustrated….. We requested to speak to someone who can solve our problems then the supervisor was even worst to give us some ridiculous excuses…. In the end we lost the online ticket money we purchased and never got the refunds for not using the tickets as well as all the humiliation…. This was a scam…. I would be careful with Viator online purchases… I would never recommend or use this services again.. it is really bad for Dubai Tourism image.. Very Disappointed Tourists

    I felt compelled to share a recent experience at the garden that I visited with my family. While the garden itself is indeed wonderful, I must express my concerns regarding the vendors in the form of a buffet and their persistent attempts to sell their products to visitors. This constant solicitation was rather disconcerting for us, and unfortunately, the staff members displayed an aggressive attitude towards tourists, which was quite unexpected. During our visit, there was an incident where my three-year-old daughter was sitting on a small wall, and a security guard approached her in a rather unfriendly manner, instructing her to move with unnecessary force. This encounter left us quite unsettled as we had never encountered such a situation before in Dubai. Additionally, we encountered a cleaner using a leaf blower in our direction, despite our request for them to stop, which was rather disappointing. Overall, the experience made me feel like I was in a different country altogether, rather than the welcoming and hospitable Dubai that I am accustomed to. I believe that such incidents should not be commonplace in a city that prides itself on its hospitality and tourism offerings. It is my sincere hope that the Dubai government looks into these matters to ensure the comfort and safety of all visitors to such attractions. Based on this experience, I would urge caution and recommend avoiding the "Magical Garden Dubai" until necessary actions are implemented to address these concerns.

    The gardens were impressive at first, but then you realise that they are the same types of flowers on rotation over big structures...it really is a bit of a tourist trap. One word of warning....its a long way from the metro and has no WiFi (what tourist attractions don't have WiFi in this day and age?!) So if you get there by taxi, as a foreigner we had no way of booking a taxi back. There are some hala taxis outside but there are also some taxis that will try to rip you off (quoted £200 equivalent for a 10 minute taxi ride). Would I go again - no, its a money making exercise with tacky shops and vendors around the Perimeter. There are better ways of spending your money!

    We had a little issue at the gate with our tickets but it was resolved shortly. The gardens are jaw dropping beautiful, it's perfection, the photos give no justice, it's a must see, omg I'm left speechless.

    We took the number 105 bus from the Mall of Emirates which took us straight to the Gardens at the cost of 5 dirams (approximately £1). You will need to purcase a Nol card, as they do not take cash. The Nol card can be used on the Metro and trams. It took around 30 mins to get there by bus. Beautiful gardens to take lovely pictures, which became even prettier at sunset when the lights came on around the park.

    Must try attraction, very beautiful and pleasant garden. Plenty of seating area and food options. Very nicely designed castle, smurfs village, the love entrance and many more.

    The garden was beautiful and my group and I went on a nice day. The flower figures of dancers, bears, Smurf were impressive to see. The videos and pictures don’t do it justice.

    Beautiful garden, well designed. Worth a visit. To get there, you can take the metro, stop at Mall of Emirates and take the bus 105. Need to buy round ticket from the booth next the the bus stop, even if you have a NOL card, it doesn't cover this route. Is a direct round trip bus with no stops.

    All of the exhibitions were phenomenal and beautifully designed. This was an amazing experience like no other. All of us were amazed and astonished by the incredible creativity and designs throughout the Miracle Garden. It’s an incredible experience that you don’t want to miss and very affordable and attractive.
