  • Please Note Pickup time may vary due to Hotel Location in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Marina, Deira or Bur Dubai hotels). Please advise about the same at the time of booking.
  • The Operational hours for Global Village are Saturdays to Wednesdays 4:00 pm - 12:00 am and on Thursdays,Fridays or Public Holidays are 4:00 pm to 1:00 am
  • Guests must meet all height, health, size and age restrictions, as indicated at attractions, rides and games.
  • Tuesdays are family days, when only families and ladies will be admitted to Global Village.
  • Children under 3 years are free
  • Guests will be given 1 hr 30 mins inside Miracle garden and 3 hrs inside Global Village
  • Scheduled Areawise approximate AFTERNOON Pickup time (may vary) : Deira Hotels: 02:00-02:30PM; Bur Dubai Hotels/Sheikh Zayed Road: 02:15-02:45PM; Al Barsha/Palm/Marina/JLT: 03:15-03:30PM
  • During Ramadan, opening of Global Village will be at 6PM. for this, the new pickup time will be from 03:30Pm instead of 02:30PM. Ramadan will be from Mar 09 2024 to Apr 10 2024. (Until further notice)
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

After being in Dubai for a week, I'd recommend if you want to do these two activities - consider doing them by yourself via taxi/Uber. That way, you control the time spent at the park and the time spent commuting to pick up and drop off other patrons. You also don't have to deal with the driver continuing to try to sell other activities and the company messaging you more times than needed for the excursion...

Very nice and intimate tour. Not a lot of people which was nice. Driver was extremely helpful. Mubarak was our driver. He provided us with our tickets and shared with us times for us to be back. He even allowed us to pick how long we wanted to be at Global Village 10/10 recommend.

The Miracle Gardens were beautiful and the Global Village was amazing. The food was delicious and it was a great experience sampling all of the good from all different countries. Our driver was very good. Highly recommend Shamshudhin.

This was absolutely an amazing experience. We wish we had more time at the Global Village. Unfortunately at both the Miracle Garden and the Global Village it was extremely crowded but still it was awesome!

Miracle Garden and Global Village are a marvel! So much to see and do at Global Village, you could spend all day there. Kishore of Ultimate Experience tourism was very friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.

My only feedback is to increase the amount of time spend in these locations. You could easily spend a day in Miracle Garden and a day in Global Village.

We purchased a 2:30 pm tickets for these activities; the tour operator messaged me that the pick up is 3:00 pm . I thought it was a mistake, but the tour operator re confirmed a 3 pm pick up. The very nice young driver came around 3:30 pm. The miracle garden and Global Village are very impressive! There are massive people during our visit because it was a Friday afternoon. A note of advice, Visit the garden and Global Village during weekdays and morning time.
